I requested a secure area, because I traveled alone to Las Vegas, and I got a room upfront by the staff area. The security seemed good also hld ADP security systems installed in the condos. I had lot of amenities, like a washer/dryer, full frigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, utensils, pots/pans, dishes, glassware, you name it I had it. 2 TV's in my condo unit - 1 -42 plasma TV wide, and another smaller unit in the separate bedroom area. Beautiful unit - EXCEPT for one thing - THE BEDROOM CARPET - was very marked and dirty - a cream colored carpet with black marks all the over the bedroom - it was very disgusting looking carpet - I had to put towels on the bedroom carpet for me to want to put my feet down on that dirty marked up rug - what a shame. Because the unit was a A++++++++ with everything that a queen could possible want - EXCEPT FOR THE BEDROOM RUG - that was the only negative thing about the condo unit which I stayed in. Again - I had a leather sofa, glass table, all new appliances - I had everything fit for a queen - except the bedroom carpet - that looked like a couple of elephants went thru there with black paint.. Just horrible. - So I used bathroom towels to walk on in the bedroom - to cover the dirty ugly carpet. That's its - it was pretty brand new unit - with everything - except for the bedroom carpet - that really needs to get replaced badly!! Also - it has some noise to the unit - I don't know exactly where that noise came from - from bass music playing or what - but after the 1st day of it - I got used to it - and just fell asleep. The location was fine for me - I had a rental car - but you would definite need transportation to the strip area - not far away - but too far to walk it. You do need transportation. And do also bring your own soap - they do not provide that for you - and give you only 1 day of dish soap for the dishwasher, and 1 small bottle for dish washing - you will have to do that yourself - housekeeping do

I would suggest that the travel website research who you refer customers to. There was foreclosure signs posted up on several units. The grass was dead, the a/c's didnt work, people were hanging out til all hours of the night being really loud!!! I would spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Check in and noticed no telephone, no coffee maker, no bedspread, very few towels, dirty floor, inaccessible refrigerator. Though they bill the place as "new" it is obviously in the process of being refurbished. Discovered that the air conditioning did not work, and it was 95 degrees outside, almost that hot inside. Inquired at the front desk and they said they had no idea how to fix it and that maintenance was not available. They gave us another room, again no air conditioner. It was out at least in the entire building. Front desk was rude and inattentive. We left that night due and are still waiting for a refund. This place was a joke!

rooms were clean but that was the extent of it. 5 of us were excited for our chick week-end.
after checking in we walked to our room, the inside looked great. had to walk to rio for a taxi to the
strip. They should provide shuttle service at least to the Rio, (5 women) after returning
back from the casinos, we found that we had no bedding for the sofa bed, no wash cloths and
only two towels for two bathrooms. we went to the office, and inquired about the bedding, the
disgruntled employee was not happy to have to look for these items. after returning after 15 min
he informed us that there was not any blankets and handed me 3 sheets, one pillow, no pillow case.

i had to ask again for a blanket and a pillow case, i only received a pillow case. the heating system
was so loud it sounded like a plane landing. The next morning (different staff) we asked about coffee
since there are no stores, coffeshops or casinos close. the person behind the desk said they had
just ran out, and there were no cups anyway.

They could have a goldmine there if they would get their act together.

stay again? no-way.

Excellent value for being close to the Strip. Nice and roomy with bedroom, full kitchen and living room. Comfortable bed. Close to the Rio, which has free shuttles to several Strip hotels. Staff pretty good, could use more Vegas tourist info. High speed internet, though not wireless. Some of the building's construction on the cheap side, but comfortable overall.

A friend told me about this resort and insisted that we stay here. I guess in the past he had a wonderful experience. This time that was not the case. Upon entering the premises i noticed that there were many units that were available or shall i say vacant, and they decided to put us on the 3rd floor. When i got to the front door of the unit there was plenty of bird poo along the porch. now these are just a couple of things. The list goes on and on. i talked to an employee about some of the things i had issues about. She stated that the manager would be in at 10a.m. on Sunday. Sunday came and i spoke to another gentleman at the front desk. He proceeded to tell me, with an attitude, that if the manager was going to take a day off then that's just what she was going to do and that she had a life too. These are things, as a customer, i didn't want nor needed to know. And that he wasn't going to be able to help he. When i did get a chance to speak with the manager, she didn't feel that any reimbursement was needed. instead she proceeded to tell me how nobody gave her a thank you note. Here are a list of things i experienced: jacuzzi - cold, tile in the hall of the unit - loose, No iron, ironing board, toaster, couch - needed to be stuffed. very uncomfortable.
