The breakfast was ok. Nothing great. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a place to stay in central London, at a convinient location for a low price, this hotel is worth your consideration.

grat staff most helpful, clean nice.took care of us when ORBITZ didnot send our reservation info. they found us a room two door down for the 1st night and paid them and moved us back to their hotel the next night. they did all they could for us with out your help ORBITZ

for a overnight stay , the hotel is fine.. small functional rooms .. simple breakfast included. decor tired and dated.. but i just wanted a cheap over night room .. and thats what i got... if you want the nicer things in life ... pay more

Convenient to Victoria station. Lots of steps. Needs air movement/fan in room. No A/C or air movement. therefore, air is stagnant.

Room was very small, bathroom door hit chair as you tried to get in bathroom, room tatty, water tank noisy from cuboard next to room, floors boards creeking from above room at 5.15 am till 5.45am

Photos in the website can be deceiving.. We did not like the first room we were shown and after having displayed my disappointment the receptionist immediately upgraded us to a bigger and much more confortable room.. No more complains after that :) We had a lovely stay.. In terms of location, it doesn't get any better.. Its right smack in the middle of London, unbelievable for the price you pay! Well done Central House! :)

Under going some refurbishment downstairs, but even that didn't prepare me for the room.Have to go via the basement, down winding stairs and outside to reach the room. The room was very cold radiator not working and small convector fire. Phone to reception not working, and a beetle/coackroach was in the shower tray.Despite complaining about the security of the room as i was on my own, the heating and the visitor in the showerit was still the same when I returned. Was then phoned at just before midnight asking me to give up my heater as the central heating wasn't working on the fourth floor!Left as soon as it was light to get home to have a shower so ddn't stay around to try breakfast.

Tiny room, but very warm. Fine for the price if you just need somewhere to sleep before getting to Victoria station.

Great Value, just around teh corner from the tube. Pretty standard but nice hotel.
