Very modern, clean and staff was exceptional. The room was small. I travel frequently on buisness and had not heard of this hotel brand. I would recommend it to anyone as it was very clean and the staff was awesome.

Any time I'm in Chicago for business I stay here. It's right in the financial area and you can walk to just about anywhere - no car necessary! Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms are small, but everything you need is there.

Floors 8 and 9 recently remodeled have frosted glass bathroom doors. When I go to the bathroom, the light wakes my wife. Before you try to print an internet document from your room, make sure the printer is functioning in the club room.

The room was very comfortable and seeing as I was with my husband, the semi-smallness of the rooms didn't bother us at all. Also, we went out a lot doing some sight-seeing so we weren't there all that much. I wouldn't say that this room had less space than any normal hotel room, however, it is more elongated than most and would therefore seem smaller. There was more than adequite space for us to put all of our bathroom things too, and I'm a girly-girl. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was right where we needed it - in the theater district. There is no pool so don't be disappointed when you don't see one!!

Location. Very small rooms, slow response to request. Rooms are very small, but great for business person or single. Area was ok, staff had to be called 3 times to bring extra pillow and blanket. No extra towels.

Staff was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Convenient to Michigan Avenue attractions. Great shower. Good free Internet. Only two towels and one washcloth in a room reserved for four people. Sofa sleeper was dirty. Towels and linens stained, but otherwise appeared to be clean. Room next to elevators and poorly soundproofed. Sounded like we were sleeping in the elevators.

The hotel was very comfortable and convenient to many downtown locations and shopping. Very tight and small. The room and hotel are decorated very nicely. The rooms are a bit tight. They have great furniture, coffee maker in room and plenty of drawer space and closet. I woul recommend to a friend and use again myself.

This hotel provided great service and very nice accommodations for the price. The rooms are very small but very clean. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is within walking distance of great food, shopping and attractions. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to get away for an inexpensive trip to Chicago.

Walking distance to Sears tower.(3 Blocks) I was unfamilliar with this area of Chicago, so I couldn't find any places to eat near by for dinner.(Regular Joe kinds of places.) Seem slike everything shuts down early. Upside is price and close to train station.(5 blocks)

I was traveling on business, which I do often. I am very selective about where I stay. This hotel was wonderful and CLEAN! I had a fridge and a microwave which was nice, and a bottled water station was on each floor so you could enjoy free bottled water. A nice pub was on the main level and the location was perfect. The staff was extremely accommodating and I was able to check in early.

Access to the city. Convenient. Only one bed in rooms available. The rooms are small, but if you are only there to sleep you will not care about the room size. If you travel with 3 or more people you will need more than one room. There are no rooms with more than one bed in them.

location convenient (but congested on fri late aft, early evening). lounge very loud & busy friday night, hard to get service. check in fine & pleasant front desk staff. had to call in for exit info, and directions by front desk clerk to a tee.. room very pleasant, super clean, except tv not in convenient location to watch fm sleeping/bed space. parking not the cheapest/convenient, but overall experience, great bang 4 the buck. would return & recommend to associates.

The Club Quarters central loop was comfortable, the rooms are nice with a good work area. The bed was ok as I woke up with my hip hunting each morning. The hotel is in great location with the blue line train only about a block away and three blocks to the other trains. There is no coffee in the lobby during the mornings until after 6:30 am. The maid service only gives out one wash cloth per room unless more is requested and the maid service turns off the heat/air each day unless it is requested not to be done. Over all it is more or less just like any other hotel it has the good and bad.

While small, the room was clean and nicely decorated, very modern. This hotel is perfect for the business traveler and for a one to two night stay for leisure travellers. The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. The Elephant & Castle restaurant is next door and a really nice place to have a drink and dine. The staff is extremely nice.

Parking valet was very accommodating. Room was definitely not for two people. For the single business traveler in the downtown area of Chicago. This hotel would be okay. However, for the senior leisure traveling couple this hotel was adequate at best. The rooms were very extremely small and very Spartan at best.

The hotel was in a great location for business travelers. This is not for travelers who are looking to tour Chicago. The hotel was clean, the service was polite. First off the valet sent us to self park at a garage that the hotel didn't even validate for which was a wasted 20 bucks. Our room was small but perfectly fine for two people. The access to the internet and a printer was extremely helpful to find info. It was also close to the trains.

We had a GREAT experience at Club Quarters--we were able to upgrade for a very low fee to a suite. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and well decorated. The closet was big, the bathroom was big, the suite came with a microwave and minifridge, there was FREE BOTTLED WATER available on every floor, free internet printing in the business lounge, a great selection for cheap takeout delivered right to you room..... I could keep on going! There weren't a lot of amenities like a pool, the complimentary toiletries were not impressive etc, but that was no issue to us. The hotel was conveniently located to the El and great restaurants and a 7-11. Great experience, we would definitely return.

we were not happy with our stay at club quarters. the sheets seemed too small for the bed and were not tucked in properly. they kept coming off the bed. the tv had a problem. would go off for no reason and one time came on by itself in the middle of the night. there was no phone book in our room. did not like the fact that could not go to our car if needed something we forgot. had to have valet bring it anytime we needed something. will say that the shower was nice and the room was clean. the price was good for the area but have stayed at other hotels in chicago and will go back to one of them instead of club quarters

Their private living room with free internet for members. The bedrooms were small and sparse. Ours had an alley view. Private members only, hotel is centrally located with easy access to Union Station, bus lines and trains. Within walking distance of Millennium Park, Grant Park, Sears Tower and the Miracle Mile shops on Michigan Avenue. Excellent security. Elephant and Castle Restaurant and Pub onsite via private entrance. Private living room with amenities, game tables, HD Television and free computer access.

Went to Chicago for a conference. The hotel was in the Loop and very centrally located to everything. My husband and I never had to use a taxi. We were within walking distance of several of the major attractions such as the art museum, Navy Pier, and the Sears tower. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. My only note is to make sure you either lock your door or put the do not disturb sign out- the maids were very johnny on the spot- sometimes a little too much so :)

I first discovered Club Quarters Hotels in London last year and I was delighted by the central location, the reasonable price and the willingness to help of everybody on the staff. The Club Quarters at the Central Loop in Chicago offers the same benefits. Centrally located, close to public transportation, the hotel offers a cozy yet business like atmosphere. The rooms are adequate as far as space is concerned, and tastefully furnished. The hotel provides free internet connections (both ethernet and wireless). The bathroom was a bit small, but immaculate, If more than one guest is staying in the same room, ask for more towels and face cloth. I will definitely look for Club Quarters Hotels in other cities.

The loction of this hotel is right at the heart of the Loop area in Chicago. This is my first visit to Chicago, still I can travel mainly on CTA subways (of course with some prior online investigation). I arrived at O'Hare Airport and got to CQ by the Blue line subway train for only $2.25 each. The subway access point is just 2 blocks from CQ. My sister arrived at Midway Airport which is closer to the Loop area but she spent almost $45 on a taxi to get to Hilton on Michigan Ave. She said the traffic was very heavy. The only taxi fares I spent during the 4-night stay totalled around $25. It was spent on 2 taxi rides:- 1 from CQ to Old St Mary's Church on S. Michigan Ave to my nephew's wedding (this costs less than $10 including tips); the other ride was from Hyatt Regency Hotel at McCormick Place (for the dinner party) back to CQ after 10pm. I used the 7day Transit pass to get on #3 CTA bus to go from the Church to Hyatt Regency Hotel. CQ is just close to many locations. I visited the Millannium Park, Art Institute of Chicago, Grant Park, The Magnificient Mile area and Sears Tower on foot! By just short subway rides, I visited the Chicago Riverwalk, the McDonald Restaurant at Clark and Ohio St., John Hancock Tower, Navy pier, The Aquarium next to the Soldiers Field etc. I enjoyed the food in China Town too, just take a red line subway for 3 stations from Jackson to Cermack! The self-bottling filtered and chilled water system is a great hotel service, hope the hotel keeps well maintaining the filtration system. The check-in process is descent - you don't have to bring along your confirmation printout, just scratch your credit card once, a receipt and 2 card keys will be prepared for you in seconds! Another security thing I like is: the elevator will not move up until you scratch your card key to show that you are one of the hotel guests. The room I had was small but good enough for visitors like me - just need a clean room with a clean bed for a good night sleep! One m

The Club Quarters Central Loop is very neat and clean which for sure is a plus. The up to date contemporary/business look is very hip and appealing. I really liked having access to fresh water and water bottles on the floor I stayed on. My only bit of dissatisfaction was being that some rooms were cornered together real closely and you could hear the door slam real loudly and it kept me up, also I called room service for a fork and they never came up so I went down to get one myself and I was told that we're just really busy right now I would have like to have some one call to my room and let me know that instead of waiting for about 35 minutes or so, other then that I would definitely recommend the stay.

Club Quarters Central Loop is centrally located and is two blocks from the train, which allows for inexpensive transportation to either airport. It is within walking distance of most attractions. My room (single room with one double bed) was very small, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The doors don't seem to have an easy close feature so I heard doors slamming around me frequently. I would also avoid rooms near the elevator because there isn't much sound insulation between the room and hallway. Free wi-fi and bottled water on each floor are nice perks. The business center downstairs would also be great for business travelers.

Excellent mid-loop location. Modern rooms. Fantastic restaurant on site. Elevator service was bad. There was never an elevator waiting in the lobby. The Club Quarters at Adams and Clark is an excellent hotel that occupies the lower floors of 1920s office tower. It is convenient to shopping, convention facilities, and subways and elevated trains. The hotel has excellent computing facilities including free printing. The common facilities are excellent and well equipped. The Elephant & Castle pub is superb.
