This is a minimal hotel-small rooms, little furniture, little service. I would call them pet tolerant at best

My friend and I were not happy with the hotel. The staff was very friendly, but the hotel was disgusting. The paint on the wall was peeling and there were cracks on the wall in both the room and bathroom. The sheets, comforter and pillows had stains on them. There were two beds, a fridge (used as a night stand) and a broken, nonfunctioining radio. My friend went to grab a bottle of water from the fridge but then noticed that the bottle had been previously opened yet it was full of water. We were just completely dissappointed with the appearnance and clealiness of the hotel. It's truly ashame because the hotel has so much potentiial. I don't need to stay in a posh 5 star hotel but I do need to stay somewhere clean! I would never stay there again. If you care about staying somewhere clean, I would not recommend this hotel to you.

This hotel was wonderful. (Ignore the old picture of it this site shows. It's not like that at all.)We were right across from the beach in the South Beach area. Walking distance to all the "hot spots". Restaurants, Starbucks, and other hotels were right next door. We got a great price for the area. I couldn't believe what a steal it was. The only problem we had was parking, but that is the norm in South Beach. The closest parking garage was about 5 blocks away but that wouldn't help anyway because it was full. We used the hotel's valet service for $25 dollars a day and that is what is might have cost to use the garage as much as we took the car in & out. They got us our car very quickly everytime with no waiting. The rooms were VERY clean. They had wi-fi service, cable, and the bathrooms were very nice. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!! It was very safe in this part of the area. I didn't feel unsafe at any time. It would be good for couples or families. It's walking distance to the hot spots but not right in them so that's why it would be good for families. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
