Loved itIt was nice and spacious. It was quiet and the drapes were black out. It was perfect. On other reviews they complained about the sofa bed, but mine was excellent.

The name is given as Citadines Trafelga Square. It took me a while to find it as its actuall down Northumberland Ave. Not far but misleading.

For the money we paid this was outstanding value to stay on Northumberland Avenue within a quick walk of historic London. The aprtment was adequate, and we would definitley stay again

Whilst I respect your no smoking policy within the hotel, I think some thought should be given to your smoking guests who have to sit/stand out in the street. I do not know if there is a rooftop terrace, but there is a courtyard which could be turned into a pleasant area for smokers with decent chairs, tables and a few plants. It would be very much appreciated and make us feel more welcome. Apart from having to face the elements on Northumberland Avenue for coffee and a cigarette, I enjoyed my stay at Citadines Trafalgar Square.

The location is excellent, nice and spacious, they left us the apartament for 6 person we were only 5 and pay only for 5. Really for visiting London is perfect, i would like to repeat.

Great facilities in the rooms - neat little kitchen; good sized bathroom. Comfortable sofa bed that is very easy to make up. A very short walk from Trafalgar Square and the West End.

Booked this room for an academic speaker (profesor of History) I had to a dinner i arranged in Central London - he said it was very good.

Just the place if you want central location, reasonable price and the independence of an apartment instead of just a hotel room. The bed is a little more basic than some - fold away, may be 2 singles, but comfortable - but there is an adequately equipped kitchen as well.

The hotel needs a major re-fresh as everything looks very tired and dated. Only one toilet and one shower for 5 adults to share. Dangerous stairs for an aged person to manage. Not enough chairs. Fantastic location though!

Apart hotel Norhtumberland Av.The position of this hotel was marvellous; so central and convenient for West End. The reception area was furnished comfortably and the staff were efficient. We had a studio apartment so had a sofa bed which we hadn'r ecpected. However it was perfectly adequate for a couple of nights [ not so sure about longer]. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean and well euipped.

Citadines trafalagar as a tourist was perfect. the location was priceless and made it possible to walk to all the places of interest. accom was sufficient to meet our needs,and suprisingly quite at night being so central. An update on the laundrywould be great. I would not heitate to stay there again

The hotel was good and the staff very helpful. Its location is perfect for those wishing to visit the many tourist places. The only bad point (and this was a minor point) was that only a continental breakfast was available when the family all like a full English.

The toilet and toilet roll holder were squashed in a corner and not very comfortable. Some washing up liquid near the kitchen sink would have been useful. The beds were clean and comfortable and everything we needed was in the apartment. Overall we were very pleased and as we visited the art galleries nearby it suited us very well indeed as we were on a budget. Thank you for a pleasant visit.

We were staying because we were attending a conference and dinner at the Commonwealth Club, and on that basis only might stay again. The standard of the room and facilities was no more than satisfactory for a budget hotel - but this was not a budget price. When we arrived, the head for the shower in our bathroom was missing, and the kitchen are smelt fusty and unpleasant. Staff were pleasant enough but did not go out of their way to be helpful.

Exellent location for leisure traveller. Easy to have a rest also between sightseeing. Spacious apartment event for us - 4 adults and one child. Nice kitchen for preparing breakfast etc. snacks. The problems with bathroom was repaired in 15 minutes. We would recommend this hotel and would gladly choose it again.

This had to be one of the worst stays in a hotel ever!! The women at reception was sooo rude and lacked basic customer services skills. The room smelt and didn't even contain a bed. They had a sofa which converts into a very uncomfortable bed. They do not clean your rooms or provide you with clean or dry towels. I would have rather slept on the street!!

If you like sleeping on a 3\" thick mattress that sags deeply in the middle on a sofa bed this place is for you!

Top location, right in the hub of London yet the room was quiet. Fantastic room and the reception staff were superb. Great place to stay, value for money (even if it seems a little pricey it was worth every Australian dollar we spent on it) We'd love to stay again if we get back over.

I stayed in a studio apartment, in which the sofa turned into a bed. But is wasnt a good quality sofa bed and was so squeaky that I hardly had any sleep throughout the night. Not great value for money, as I stay in London most weeks and often find better places to stay for cheaper.

The relation between quality and price is not to quality. I believe that the room was cleaned but old spots on the carpet create very negative impression. The sofa was broken. I could not connect to the internet in my computer using their cable. There was nobody who could sove this problem. But I was informed that there were other guests having the same problem.

stayed in great great size apartment/bedroom, it was a 3/4 bedroom studio apartment. hotel right next to trafalgar square and within easy walking distance of leicister square(approx. 5mins or less). Nearest tube station one minute away. Only downside is there is no residents bar or bar at all and not sure if resteraunt open. TV, cd player Sink, Dishwasher, microwave, electric ring and fridgefreezer provided and this means can easily stay here for a few days. Very near to tesco expess and pubs and clubs.

A great hotel /apartment for the price, so close to where you would want to be in London just a short walk to Leicester Square, Covent Garden & the London Eye .room very clean and staff where very friendly
