the only negative remark is relevant to the fact that the room was so small that the bed was placed against the wall and was impossible to open the window that is placed in that wall.

Very good hotel. Perfect location and nice area, easy to get anywhere. Good service, cousy rooms. I will definitely stay there again next time I be in Hamburg.

It was very hot and humid in Hamburg when we were there in September. The hotel location was perfect for our use of the trains, but the rooms were very small, airless and noisy. The staff was curt and not helpful.
