We had no water on the day of departure. No managar on site to address this. No refund was given -said" it wasn't their fault:. Poor customer service. Plaque on wall at check in that ensures complete satisfaction means nothing.

I really have no complaints, my husband and I had a good time, easy parking, nice pool, cool rooms and clean, I would stay again with our kids.

We had a legitimate problem with a banging noise that occured every 2 minutes throughout the night. Staff did not attend to the matter at all. 100% satisfaction guarantee meant nothing. Front desk clerks have no idea of what guest relations is all about. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room service wouldn't take an order 15 mins before supposed closing. Desk staff didn't know where ice machine was. Needs updating. Their site calls it ""world class"" which is not accurate.

Clarion was really a good place to stay with, it had all the facilities like spa, bar, restaurant and they also had immense parking space. They also had free shuttles to the strip from the hotel.The rooms were also good iwrh refrigrator, coffe maker....
