I loved the lay out of the hotel and the room was really nice. Like a small apartment. I did not like the coach; it was too hard and made my back hurt. The hotel was really nice and clean. The room was really nice and had a great pool. I would go back any time.

The hotel had an indoor pool. The rooms are very dark and dreary. I had an awful view of a concrete factory, which also came with the noise of a concrete factory during the day. The hotel is far out of the restaurant/dining area of town, but easy to get to from the highway. The rooms are very dark and depressing. There is next to no natural light and all the colors are dark and dismal.

Location, comfort and free breakfast. NA. Great place to stay, that is located near all the attractions. Very friendly staff. Pool and lazy river were an added bonus along with the free breakfast. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

The free hot breakfast was great. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location was way out of the way. Not near the action and a long drive back into the shops and restaurants. This hotel was so super clean and well taken care of. Staff was very friendly from the ladies at the front desk to the cleaning staff and the maintenance staff that we would meet in passing in the hallways. The pools were great as well as the lazy pool. Private balcony was great too. The location was not the best. Several miles from all the action in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, but well worth the drive for the price and the extras. Hot breakfast was good for us as a family. Overall a great stay and would recommend to family and friends.

The hotel was very nice and clean. This hotel was very nice and clean. I would highly recommend the hotel to friends and family. Everybody that worked there was nice and friendly.

Cleanliness of lobby, decorations, easy check in and out. Our room was a little musty smelling it appeared to have minor water damage around the bathroom. Very nice hotel for the price, rooms are adequate for 2 adults and 2 children location is out of town a little bit so you do have to drive a little to get to pigeon forge.

The rooms were great with the extra seating area. The pool was too cold and small and the food wasn't that great. We really loved the rooms 2 queens with a large t.v and a sitting room with a pull out couch with a balcony. The view was not that great trees blocked the smokies that we were told we would have a good view of, but the hotel itself was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Spacious room, clean, and sharp looking facilities. Excellent continental breakfast. Wonderful pool facilities. Distance from Pidgeon Forge. Far exceeded our expectations in every way.

Staff was excellent ! Room was very clean and the breakfast is excellent. I have been going to the smoky's on vacation for 15 years & usually get a cabin,but would stay here again in a heartbeat ! They even sent me a Thank You note when I got home. They are so nice and can't do enough for you ! Any problem is attented to promptly. And I loved the Gone with the wind theme. Hopefully I can return soon ! Thanks to all the staff there your top notch!

I just stayed at this gorgeous hotel last week and became very ill during my stay. The clerks at the hotel stated that they had a toxic mold problem that keeps popping up from time to time. Apparently its an ongoing problem that they can't control. I stayed on the 1st floor near the lobby. It was speculated that they were sued over it and settled out of court with the condition that they do not have to disclose it. I became deathly ill while I was there and the GM was very rude and dismissive about it. I wouldn't stay at this hotel, period...especially if u are sensitive to things. I don't think it matters if you are allergic to mold or not...this kind will make anyone sick.

Very nice stay. Staff is very friendsly and attentive to guest needs. No smoking and not pet hotel. My parents had problems with their air conditioning unit in their room and within 30 minutes of notifiying front desk the unit was changed and fixed. Breakfast offered bacon one day and sausage the next along with sausage gravy and biscuits, toast, fruit, bagels, cereal, eggs , doughnuts and muffins

I have been going to the Smoky Mountains on vacation from Florida for 15 years & I have stayed many places in the mountains ! This place is one of the best ! It is clean ,the staff is excellent, my only complant is they could use some new beds. But the breakfast & every thing else is just great. I can not say enough about how friendly & caring the staff are at this hotel. And they really clean your room & bathroom every day & they clean it right! I will defintely come to this hotel again.

The rooms are beautiful and excellently maintained. This is the cleanest hotel I've stayed in a long time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool is beautiful. It's a 10 in my book.
