Safe neighbourhood but too far from main areas of Paris and not close to the E. Tower or any main attractions. Walls are paper thin with NO soundproofing. Would not stay there again due to location. On the positive side the hotel featured great, very helpful, friendly, multi-lingual staff. Clean rooms, excellent plumbing and functioning elevator.

OK but....You pay your money - you takes your dues. The hotel was fine as far as it went. The room (single) was pokey but had a bed, tv, worktop and showerroom. In that sense it was a place to sleep and do a little bit of work. It was cleaned daily.On the downside were the add-ons. Breakfast was not included, so even if you wanted a coffee and a croissant it was an extra 13 euros per person.Also, the hotel advertises that it has WiFi access in all rooms. This is true but again it is an add-on. it costs 13 euros for a 24-hour connection. This is far from perfect for the business visitor who may only want 20 minutes in the morning and 20 in the evening to check emails etc. Other hotels operate a pay-for service where you buy a block of 1-hour or 2-hours and then you can use that over a few days. I stayed for three nights so if I had used the WiFi as they offer it would have been an extra 39 euros....One good thing to know is that they also have a deal with a local taxi firm who will pick you up in the middle of the night and take you to Orly for a pretty reasonable 28 euros - 17 a head if there are two or more.And finally, no I couldn't see the Eiffel Tower from the hotel...
