Hotel is 2 1/2 blocks from the T (Boston's Metro) and the Freedom Trail which runs through the heart of the city. The pub restaurant next door is good, but most restaurants and pubs are a few blocks away. Still it was perfect location and amenities for two couples.

Great room near the lobby to relax, check internet, etc. While waiting on the plane. Excellent staff. Great location. Great room. Stayed at CQ in Philly also. I liked them both.

Customer service and familiarity of the employees with the area. No parking available on site and validation to local garage is 20% discount. This hotel was in a prime location for any business traveler or someone wanting to experience downtown Boston on foot. There was not too much open with regard to choices of restaurants (late evening). All around, I would recommend going to this hotel but just be prepared to leave your car at home and bring some munchies!!

The location was perfect for us. We attended a wedding on beacon hill and we're able to walk there. Nothing to report. Service was excellent. A staff person by the name of Michael stayed on the phone with us as we maneuvered through a maze of streets in Boston's Financial District. It was above and beyond his job description, I am sure. The Club Quarters was a perfect fit for us. The hotel is within distance of Little Italy and the freedom trail.

Location. Fire alarm at 1 am, noisy hallways, not a 3.5 star hotel. I was generally disappointed with the hotel. The room was clean but small. There was a fire alarm at 1 am that seemed to last an hour. There was a lot of noise in the hall.

Clean, adequate, and in a very good location. Extremely small rooms and shower. The hotel is a bit on the expensive side for what you're getting within the hotel. You're predominately paying for its very good location. The hotel was extremely clean and the service was very good. The immediate area was a bit desolate, but safe. It's a very short walk to the freedom trail and I certainly would recommend this hotel to the traveler who is searching for a hotel which is reasonably priced without plush amenities.

Clean room, comfortable bed, andnice lounge area. Financial district area not the most suitable for tourists. The room we got is on the small side but very clean, new and comfortable. There's lots of counter space in the new looking bathroom, and the bed is quite comfy. The wireless is easy to use. Each room has a nice desk and a comfortable office chair. There is a lounge area downstairs that has computers, tea, free guides to Boston, and nice armchairs. The hotel does seem to be understaffed.

Club Quarters is the highest on our books now in Boston. We have stayed in several hotels in Boston throughout the last several years. The location of CQ is great.. we walked to Fenway and numerous times to Quincy Market area. The help was very friendly. The elevator was very slow.. the restaurant was good.. just dont sit at the end of the bar as the service on Sat night was not that attentive.

My wife and I booked this hotel for a quick getaway just the 2 of us for a weekend. The hotel was in a fantastic area of Boston, and the staff was ver helful for directions and places to eat. Everything we wanted was close by and we can't wait to go back again. And we will book this hotel when we do.

Club Quarters offers inexpensive weekend rooms to its members for as low as 56 a night. So it is filled with kids and young people. If you are a business traveler or single person or couple with no children, you can expect noise at night. I left something small at the hotel. They wanted to send it FEDEX for about 25.00 and US mail would have cost 1.20 or less. I had to talk to a manager to get the problem sorted out and it was common sense.

Conveniently located and very clean. Small rooms and very thin walls. Club Quarters Boston is in a great location, and offers clean rooms, convenient dining options, and other accommodations. The rooms are small, but if you're like us and you're site-seeing for most of the day then the size won't bother you. The real problem for us was the thin walls. Our first night there we had a noisy group of people staying next to us and we heard everything they were doing. Once they left, the experience at Club Quarters became much more enjoyable.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Rooms seem larger than they are due to floor to ceiling windows and bed placement. Trendy decor. Little accommodation for clothes (hooks only) and no dresser drawers. Adequate room to spread suitcase on floor though. Location is excellent, close to tourist sites, MTBA subway, and downtown nightlife. No bathtub, but usually take shower anyway. Restaurant/bar downstairs nice, but get higher floor due to noise if staying on Fri/Sat. Hotel has club room if you'd like to relax without having to pay for meal/drink. Free water bottles were great touch. Hotel will store your luggage before checkin or after checkout so you don't have to lug it around. In short, everything I needed for affordable price.

We stayed here for a weekend wedding and were pleasantly surprised. The beds are comfortable, good water pressure in the shower and a short walk to many of Boston's tourist attractions. There is a restaurant attached that has a genuinely friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast buffet for $, my wife thought it was expensive, but I stay in many cities for travel and thought it was actually inexpensive, considering the amount of food. The only negative is that the people working the front desk at the hotel could try to be a little more friendly, they may want to take lessons from the restaurant staff.

Hotel was very nice and clean and near city attractions. Room was a little small. The hotel met all my needs as a business traveler. The staff went out of their way to procure transportation, provide requests for roll aways. Too cold in room, shower had plastic curtain. it really was convenient for eating, shopping, site-seeing. the staff called for our transportation for us. the elevators were secured. It would have been nice to have coffee on the weekends in the library. The bar closed really early on weeknight and the staff could not wait to close as well.

Firstly, travelagent made recommendation of this hotel, which was excellent, 4-star at better value than what I expected. Overall, the hotel is clean, and business quality. 2 people family. Upon arrival (Thanskgiving day), the front desk person gave unsatisfactory check-in information (i.e. she failed to inform us of $50 incidental fee, and the effect on a debit card). Also, at fault of travelagent awkward Indian-based customer service, the room had the wrong bed arrangements, single bed instead of two); but the hotel made change for us no problem. ... Later, we tried to order food from the room, unknowing that there was no room service available Thanksgiving-day, and were charged for local phone calls to local restaurants. (I assume the local charges are standard practice, but this was not clear w/ the info. included in the room). The hotel room itself is good, good design of closet, bathroom, and business-style includes desk, lounge chair, and coffee/tea maker. There is a water machine that dispenses bottled water, free! Fitness room is small, only a few machines, but comfortable. The next day, a different female day staff was very snappy with us, not very helpful. She put blame on the previous staff regarding the incidentalf fee, etc.; instead of being professional. There is a restaurant on site that is so good, it's large, friendly, and attracts people from the surrounding area. Lastly, I learned the lesson that you never bill hotel room with a debit card because time delay in having the incidental fee credited back to the account. I had to call the hotel several times back and forth and also speak w/ a rep. from my bank, in order to have them credit incidental fee back to my bank account.

It was reasonably priced; it was a good value for the money. It was a bit lacking in terms of toiletries. Club Quarters is located in the business district of Boston. It is a multi-story hotel that has all the basic amenities, is well-maintained, and clean. The hotel staff is efficient, however; don't expect too much personal service or many extra amenities. The hotel is a good value for a short stay in Boston.

Club Quarters in Boston, my very first visit and was pleased with reception received, location, only 20-25 minutes away from the AARP Convention at the Boston Convention Center on Sumner Ave. (purpose of my visit). Concierge was always very helpful with maps and directions, taxi service, etc. Would have been nice if they had a really nice family type restaurant next door instead of a Bar/Restaurant type. Would return anytime since I do like Boston and have been to the city before. The even had a service to hold luggages until I was ready to depart to the airport (you get tags for your luggage/ID's). Room was adequate, comfortable, clean for single person, sleep very well. I asked for an iron/board and it was sent up shortly and remained in my room to be used whenever I needed.

Spacious room, easy access, convenient location to ATM and breakfast locales. Financial District less "exciting" than being near Boston Common. Overall, I had a positive experience at the hotel. The staff was friendly, without being over-attentive. The room exceeded my expectations in terms of spaciousness. The only drawback is that the Financial District is not as "exciting" as other parts of town for a leisure traveler, despite the fact that it is likely to be ideal for a business traveler.

The Club Quarter was excellent for a first-timer unfamiliar with Boston and the surrounding attractions. Staff was very helpful in arranging an early check in time for me. The room was very comfortable, clean, and attractive for my needs. I was able to walk to Quincy Market, Downtown Crossing, and other sites within a three to four block range, with the Subsway being less than a block way.

Club Quarters in Boston is located in a seemingly safe neighborhood, and made even safer by limiting access to the room floors by means of a card, that not only opens your room door, but which is also needed to operate the elevator. There is a Pub that is accessible through the hotel lobby where live music can be heard on special nights. Again, the hotel card is needed to go back to the hotel lobby, thus ensuring a high degree of safety of the hotel customers. The location of the hotel is ideal for people who want to visit Boston. It's within walking distance of many attractions like Quincy Market, and many excellent restautants such as Legal Sea Foods. The rooms are rather smallish but nevertheless very comfortable. The rooms have a work desk and access to internet, if you think of bringing your lap top. Cleanliness is without flaw. One of the three rooms I rented was lacking a chair, but I'm sure that had we needed it and asked for it, the hotel staff would have provided it immediately. Noise from the hallway can be heard in the rooms but is not really disturbing due to the lack of trafic in the halls. Club Quarters in Boston does not have parking space, but directs us to a nearby facility with reduced rates. Parking on the street in front of the hotel is not recommended for more than unloading luggage, and if completely forbidden during rush hours. I would strongly suggest that you leave your car in the garage during your stay in Boston, and use public transportation if you have to go farther than walking distance. When and if I return to Boston, my stay will certainly be at the Club Quarters.

It was very clean and I loved the updated rooms. I am 108lb's and I had a little bit of difficulty fitting in the shower. It was very small. Great stay for the money! Polite staff, clean rooms, and excellent house keeping. I loved the late checkout. Not for the romantic getaway, but great for traveling. Right in the center of Downtown, you can find a great restaurant within 5 or 15minutes of walking.
