Location. No parking for cars or valet service. Room was very small and the AC did not work very well. Good location but there was no parking at the hotel - not even valet service. Parking was 2 blocks from hotel and closed at 12PM if you were staying out late you were out of luck.

Location was very good for Washington DC-could walk anywhere and had metro right there. There was construction of new building outside windows. It is okay for a traveler that is going to be in town and only needs a place to sleep. For me (65) with my daughter (34) it was okay. However, for me and my husband, or seniors, he would need more overall comfort. Such as enough space to sit in an arm chair to rest his neck - enough space to have on a TV without interrupting another's space. For the short trip of sightseeing and the convenience of the being able to walk anywhere (if able) it was great. I, personally, would not book this hotel with my husband. With a younger person, it was just fine.

Perfect size for one person and had great shower, bed, reasonable closet and nice ambiance. Did not know they had a pool. Very convenient. Bed good / shower great. No problem getting a cab. The room was clean - it had all the essentials as well as a nice decor. I loved the fact that I could open the window a little. I also appreciated that the room was not too big. It's harder to pack to go home if the room is sprawled out. This will be my hotel of choice if I ever return to DC.

I have stayed at Club Quarters in SF, NY, BOSTON and DC and London. Perfect for an independent single traveler. Strongly recommended and Orbitz has betterr rates than The Club Quarters site itself. High recommended if you are independent and need Wifi in room and like a good attached restaurant and many restaurants room delivery a phone Call away.

Efficient check in. No parking. No place to unload luggage at check in. Although it was near where I was working, you had to park 2 blocks away and at check in (in a pouring rain) I was told I couldn't leave the car out front to get my luggage in to my room. Also the same upon check-out. I therefore carried 2 bags 2 blocks to my car in the rain. I was not pleased with the lack of convenience.

Near a metro stop. Only 2 thin pillows in the room, not enough for 2 people. Good for business people who don't like a lot of fuss. Minimalist rooms. Free internet, near a metro stop. Once the construction on both sides of the hotel are completed, it will be a much nicer experience. And once they are less stingy with pillows of better quality, I would be happy to recommend the hotel to business people and couples without children.

Convince to downtown Washington. Traffic noises. The stay there was great, my daughter and I had a great experience.

I was visiting my son at George Washington University so this hotel was perfect. Close to GW, all the monuments, public transportation. The rooms are on the smaller side but very well equipped, the staff is very friendly, and eager to help. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I look forward to staying there again during my next visit.

It was close to main attractions in DC, and there were a variety of restaraunts nearby. Parking is hard, but I think that is hard all over the city. Valet parking was a little more expensive than other hotels. It was very clean, very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

We aren't there anymore! Does not honor our reservation. Made us go to hotel in inconvenient location. Rooms too small. No bathtub available. When arrived for reservation at 1pm they said no room was available for us. At 2pm another person walked in and they gave her a room. We contacted your customer service, they took my number and said they would call the hotel and then call us back. We are still waiting for that call (but it has only been a week!).

The hotel chain's concept seems like a winner. It caters to the moderately up-scale business traveler and does a very good job at that. Great, extremenly convenient location in DC. Rooms are modern, clean, well-appointed and small (which fine OK for solo/business travel). WiFi seemed a slow, though that could have been issues with my computer. They should add a couple more workstations in the business lounge as there was a bit of a wait. Safe, ultra-fast ingress/egress, staff was helpful, cafe was fully-stocked w/excellent free breakfast.

Located in the heart of Washington, D.C., close to all the amenities, the hotel has everything the traveler needs and the price is right. It is Washington's best kept secret

Good location next to metro station. Front desk staff has no dependable knowledge of local area. The hotel is in an excellent location for coming to and from DCA. Other than not having a/c in the room the first night I arrived (in august) it was an acceptable hotel. The big exception was the front desk staff, although friendly, they had no dependable knowledge of the local area. They sent me to no less than three local diners they said would be open for breakfast at 6am (the hotel does not serve breakfast until 6:45). None were open; I ended up finding a star bucks on my own. They were also incapable of calling a cab to pick me up at 6:30; I ended up calling one from my cell and it arrived in 5 minutes. I have no idea what was so difficult about that.

Great location, near metro, dinning, & the sites. Iron & board not in the room. This is a great place to stay if you are not traveling with kids. Rooms are somewhat small but clean. Hotel is close access to metro, fine dinning and all the sites. If you are on business or just site seeing with a spouse this is a great option!
