I found the staff to be very friendly and professional in the service they provided. The food was excellent and the decor downstairs was first rate. The cleanliness of the hotel could not be faulted. The only slightly dissapointing part of my stay was the bedroom, the decor was rather tired. Having said that, the room was very clean and was equiped with everything that I needed.

I always arrive late so havn't tried dinner yet but the breakfast is the best I have had anywhere in the UK. The staf are very polite and helpful. The sort of service I guess you could expect in a 5* hotel. I love staying here as it is so reffeshing and diferent - a nice old fassined pub that a few locals enjoy and lounges with TV's on every floor. Even the smaller bedrooms are nice and have brand new TV's with a good selection of channels. (beds can be too soft!) I think it is a positive but others may not - the decor is to a wonderful standard but it is chosed to suit the hotel which is quite old, some of the paintings and old hotel antiquities just add to the charm in my opinion. I am planing to go back there with my wife in the summer - the setting is great and will mke a great weekend away!

Lovely hotelColwall Park Hotel is a lovely hotel with small but beautiful grounds and helpful staff. The hotel was easy to find and very clean. The food was delicious and entertainment was laid on in the evening when we were there, a fantastic band. Wished we'd had a chance to stay longer but had to get back for the kids, more's the pity!

A lovely 'old English' country hotel. Good food and friendly and efficient, but not intrusive, service. Quiet room, perfectly adequate although a little attention needed to decor. Overall I would happily stay here again - good value for money.

A very friendly hotel with efficient and helpful staff. The hotel decor is excellent although my bedroom was a bit small. Superb restaurant, although the food was a bit pricey, the bar menu did look very good. I would definitely reccommend it and I will use the hotel again

Breakfast service was extremely poilte and efficient.Unfortunately the same could not be said for Front-of-House and bar service.I have stayed here a few times before and I feel that this was a one-off compared to the normal high standard of service.

Excellent room and impecable service. The evening meal was excellent but quite expensive. Bar food more competetively priced. Ideal venue for couples.

We paid a little more for a larger room and we were put in an attic room!! I was not impressed! The room had an en suite but the door had a window which was not opaque!

Food inn the restaurant was lovely. The hotel was easy to find. The staff were great. One thing possibly to mention would be the fact that apart from the Hotel there is nowhere else really to go for a drink in Colwell itself - and taxis could prove expensive if going into, perhaps, Ledbury - but obviously this is nothing to do with the hotel.
