The location was amazing I wanted a a queen or kng size bed. This hotel was very nice. It was centrally located and very clean. The breakfast was simply bread and coffee or tea. The staff seemed generally helpful. A couple of the staff members were condescending.

Fantastic location, great air-conditioning, bathroom, etc I can't think of anything negative. It was fantastic. If you're looking for a great little hotel in Venice, this place is perfect. It isn't fancy and the rooms aren't big, but it is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located down a quaint, tiny alleyway very closes (but not too close) to St. Mark's. Highly recommended.

Location and overall accomodations were great. Great hotel for Venice, price was right, the location was terrific, the room was very nicely appointed and comfortable, the complimentary breakfast a real treat and the staff was very pleasant.
