I couldn't turn off the radiator in my roomso no lack of warmthbut apart from that: the hotel's on Leicester's \"Golden Mile\" - great

Very friendly and pleasant but professional staff. Beautiful restaurant: despite being on my own I was made to feel welcome. Excellent food. The room was basic but comfortable. Carpets showed signs of cigarette damage in the past, and the bathroom was slightly cramped, but the bed was very comfortable. I would strongly recommend this hotel for its good value.

BMDO TripHot water was very hot! Ca rpark not big enough but cheapes thotel around and staff very flexible.

I had asked for a room with a bath and also the room for non smoking. Only a shower available and the room was evidently a smoking room. The only evening meal available was Indian no other options. When I asked about a sandwich I was directed to the corner shop.The advert should indicate that only this type of evening meal is available.Breakfast was great the staff were all very good.
