The room was very comfortable and pleasant. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The room was clean. I like the set up for the bathroom and the extra sink outside. I thought the breakfast was excellent. All in all it was a great stay and convenient to the airport.

Very large and comfortable room. No complimentary breakfast, bar. Well placed, large rooms, comfortable bed. All a traveling man needs.

24 hour shuttle means you don't need to rent a car Great hotel right near the airport. Had an indoor pool and small weight room. If you get this hotel you will be very happy! Great deal!

No parking in the evening so people park illegally and can't get cars through. Not safe neighborhood. Dirty hallways and carpets that didn't ge vacuumed. Breakfast was misrepresented no eggs or hot items like published. Didn't even have juice. The manager was avoiding us and wouldn't even speak to us. Poor customer service. Our family had their rooms cancelled after paying for them. I'm sure this is against the law to double charge for one room. Many other customers also had this done, at least 5 seperate parties on one night. I really felt sorry for the front desk people having to deal with this while the manager hid behind a door and wouldn't come out.!! '

Loved the pool I expected a cont. breakfast It was a little confusing getting to the hotel because it was not visable from the road. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. The pool was great. It was very quiet in our room and we never heard an airplane the entire time we were there.

The hotel's free internet service was not working the entire duration of my stay (2 nights). The bathroom was not exactly clean, nor was it cleaned properly while I was in the room. The concierge on duty at night when I checked in was very nice, but one person on staff was definitely not enough to take care of customers in a timely manner. The concierge on duty in the morning was unpleasant and not helpful. The breakfast was also rather disappointing.

Very clean They gave away our rooms the first night so they sent us to another hotel Would stay at this hotel again. Disliked the 1.00 charge per local phone call up to 60 minutes and 10 cents per minute after an hour. Also high speed internet cost 10 dollars per 24 hr period which is extremely high.

Our flight into St. Louis was delayed, and after arriving at the airport @ 2:30 am, we called for the hotel shuttle and found out that the hotel had cancelled our reservations for that night plus the next. They had no explanation, other than it was cancelled and they had no rooms. We were stuck looking for a room at 2:30 am in the airport! We went to the hotel the next day to speak with the manager, who was on the property, but "unavailable". We were supposed to be meeting other family members there the next night, but the same thing happened to them! They had their reservation cancelled also. This happened even after checking with the staff to make sure they would have a room available for them. Both of these reservations were paid in advance thru travelocity. It seems the hotel is double-booking rooms to make more money . . . it's a crime! Don't stay at this hotel!!!!!

Indoor pool, on-site restaurant... close to airport, FREE airport shuttle! The 1st stay they gave us the free breakfast coupons but not on our 2nd stay 5 nights later for some strange reason... Good location/close to airport--less than a 10-minute drive. Great free hotel shuttle to/from airport available 24 hours. Very close to a number of restaurants in all price ranges. Reasonably well kept-up hotel, indoor pool, on-site restaurant, etc.

i am really disappointed with this beautiful comfort inn. the gm is careless enough to inform me that "don't stay here" plain blank and he left. he is not willing to confront his capabilites and address my issues rightfully. all he keeps on telling me is that i have no solution to your problem. what kind of a gm is this person? he needs to go the trainning session to learn the basics. i asked him of parking situation and he gave me a story. next i asked him of room being dirty and he started arguing with me to prove that i was wrong. then i am mad and asked him that why is no one answering the phone calls, for the past 8 hrs and he lies to me by saying that we have a phone problem which is not the truth as i asked the front desk and they told me that there is no problem but the gm never helps us out with phone calls issues. and that he is aware of this very well. what a great liar?? i recommend every traveller not to stay at this hotel as this gm is unprofessional and ignores the guest issues in front of you by arguing in a crazy tone. finally as i said that this is the most beautiful comfort inn that i have seen, but i regret to say that because of this management (gm) i am really disappointed to write this review here.

Very close to airport, shuttle provided. Adequate pool. Prompt service. Clean room. Perhaps in need of refurbishment, but very fair for the price. I would stay again. The restaurant is only for breakfast not lunch and dinner, but there are eateries within walking distance.

For the money I paid, It was a horrible experiense. Half of the lights in the room didn't work. It smelled. Couldn't get internet access from my room, which I requested. Would have had to go to another floor, nothing was available. It was either very hot or very cold in the room. There was no in between. The "menu" in the room showed room service, resteraunt hours, and bar hours. None of them existed!! It took the shuttle 30 minutes to pick me up after I was told to just come down 10 minutes before I needed to leave and they would call for pick up. After waiting a half hour, I was told something different. I could have spent half the money at a cheaper hotel and had better!!

My stay was overnight so I would be close to the airport for my early flight. The hotel is in need of updates. The carpet felt and looked very dirty with several stains. The muggy feel of the room and hallways were very uninviting and left me with less than a good nights rest.

Really a nice hotel. The only bad thing that happened was a truck was broken into the night before we stayed. The neighborhood around the hotel may not be the best but it is a very nice hotel.

"If your looking for a cheap stay near the airport this is probably as good as it gets. Room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable, then again I had several glasses of wine at dinner and was extremely tired! Breakfast buffet was only slightly better than the gas station down the street. Did I mention cheap? It will work if you're on a budget."

Clean and secure. Restaurant was not inviting--workers ignored me. This was a clean hotel with a secure feeling to it. The walls are a little thin, in that I could hear people out in the hall, but basically a good place to stay if you want an airport convenient hotel at a decent price.

Our family booked as a group booking and we got a free meeting room. All rooms were pre-arranged so that check in was a breeze. Sales Manager called me after I checked in, which was nice as we needed coordination and arrangements. She was very nice and took care of all our reunion arrangements and catering and decoration. She gave me free projector for the event. All children attended loved the indoor pool and extended hot breakfast and billiards table and video games. This was a vey nice place as they allowed us to have out side catering. The reunion went well. The Hotel arranged internet in meeting rooms so it helped. Shuttle picked us up in fifteen minutes but dropped us off in 20 minutes. Shuttle driver was nice as he had to load and unload lot of luggage. Lobby internet at business center worked good. We recommend this hotel for any group events.

Hmmm. It was close to the airport but scary. The hotel parking was behind the hotel and no security & felt very dangerous! We chose this hotel because of the price & proximity to the airport. It was also next door to Budget car rental where we were turning in a car. That was good. When we checked in after 11pm, there was only one employee on duty & she was at the desk. As I mentioned earlier, the only parking was behind the hotel with no security & felt very dangerous. If I had been there without my husband, I would have been very uncomfortable. At least if there had been a security person in the parking lot, we would have been more comfortable. I definitely would not stay there again. Even for the price difference.
