My room had a made bed but the trash cans were FULL of trash, there weredirty towels all over the floor and the room smelled strongly of urine. I asked and was given another room. The person at the desk didn't seem too surprised and gave a general ""oh, sorry about that"". I had read the other reviews and thought that they may have cleaned up. No such luck.

a little out of the way.fisrt two days i had no hot water.to much money for this hotel prices sould be cheaper

Our room was humid (uh, it's Puerto Rico), but comfortable, incredibly spacious, and right on the pool. What stood out was the exceptional hotel staff. They were real people, wonderfully down-to-Earth, and ALWAYS there when we needed them, even very late at night when we wanted to go out or get in. Puerto Rico is made to feel exceptionally safe when you have staff there to expect you at any hour. Classy place, enjoy the pool, it is small but that's what makes it cozy and pretty when you appreciate all it has to offer.
