The first room they put us in, while non-smoking, had a very strong smoke smell. They were very nice and moved us to another non-smoking room which was better. The biggest issues are that the walls are very thin (you hear everyone opening doors all night) and the bathrooms need an overhaul -- they are just very old and dingy. Everyone on the staff was very nice though!

The pillows were nice. Cheap, run-down, road construction in front, short complimentary breakfast time. This is definitely an economy style hotel. It's more along the lines of a remodeled Howard Johnson. There's a long wait in traffic to pull in the driveway because of construction. The outside is shabby. This is a two-story and the bottom floor has large what-used-to-be sliders. Security is lax. If you're vacationing, get up well before 9 because that's when the comp breakfast ends. Bed is hard as a rock. No fan in the bathroom so it steams up. A/C doesn't cool effectively.

The front desk was helpful and friendly. The hotel met our expectations other than we had one issue and that was there was terrible water pressure in both the shower and the sink. At times it was only a trickle.

Stayed due to flight delay. Service was excellent. Great breakfast. Nice pool. Comfortable room & bath. Staff was superb!!!

They have a nice indoor pool which my grand kids enjoyed and a wonderful complimentary breakfast each morning. X was a nice young man and assisted me with my luggage to my room.

This was a quick overnight for us but would be a great hotel for a few days for a family. Indoor pool was clean and nice, plenty of adults and kids around. Breakfast buffet was filling, had variety (eggs, waffles, fruit, cereal), and was of decent quality. Staff was friendly and curteous. Clean as well.

The accomadations were great, nice clean rooms,excellent continental breakfast(with hot food). Easy to get to, 5 minutes away from a huge mall. Nice pool and hot tub. Had a great time, we will go back when in the area!

"This hotel is older and in need of am update. The breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, pastry, etc and was quite nice.This room was OK for me but, I would not bring my family there."

My husband and i stayed oct 13 the night before our trip and oct 19 the day we came back.we arrived by taxi we had the fly and park package.when we arrived at midnight nobody was at the desk. my husband and i and the taxi driver walked around in the hotel and out the doors several times to find who was working the desk.i guess the bartender and the desk clerk were out on a break.we were very tired and of course the taxi driver working and busy.we were waiting at least 10 minutes which doesn't sound long but i think it is for the situation.i think in the future when they break someone needs to be there for guests.thank you

They had plenty of parking spaces. A little hard to locate from the interstate. This hotel is okay for one night.

For the price I paid, it was a nice, clean hotel with the famous doubletree cookies! The staff wasn't exactly friendly, not to say they were outright rude but they seemed generally disinterested
