The staff. They required an 11am checkout. This is much too early and they would not allow an extra hour. Very small rooms. Small, botique style hotel. Must check out by 11 or they are at your door! Tiny breakfast room, difficult to maneuver, but at least it's a free breakfast ! Nice people, and very good location on the West side, near lots of restaurants, and very safe.

Clean, modern, great bathroom! The area around it looks like a war zone! Staff need recongizable shirts! Clean, modern hotel with flat screen tvs and nice, new bathrooms close to Times Square. Don't let the nieghborhood scare you because it is close to most things. Staff was efficient and friendly.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great location. Computer was down and could not check out, no receipt of my stay. This hotel was small but clean. For what I was traveling for, the hotel was in a great location. To times square, parking garages and bus terminal. The room was very small but comfortable. However when it came time to check out, their computer systems were down and they could not give me a receipt of my stay. I was told that they would send it in the mail. And their continental breakfast didn't seem to have anything appetizing aside from OJ, those are my only gripes though.

The staff was so helpful from the day before I even checked in until they talked me through leaving the city. There was nothing I didn't like. Perfect location with small but clean and attractive rooms. The staff really made our stay extraordinary though.

Staff was helping and pleasant to talk with. The pub beside the hotel attracted lot of hooligan crowd all day & night which made place unsafe. The pub joint beside hotel was carrying all sort of activities which attaracted bad elements which made place unsafe at odd hours. We actually saw one fighting incident on the day of arrival. Good for business traveller not for family.

I enjoyed everything this hotel had to offer. This hotel was beautiful and clean. It was very quiet and the staff was more than accommodating. The hotel was in an amazing location. Would definetly recommend to friends and family!
