The hotel has bedbugs and I got completly bitten up during my stay. I didn't realize what was causing the bites until I got home and saw my Doctor. I would stay away until they address this problem!!!

We stayed at this Hotel in June 2009. The initial rooms we were given had bathrooms which were mildew ridden and had holes cut in the top of the glass window to allow steam out and neighbors a good look in! The replacement rooms were slightly better in that they had windows that did not allow others to see into the bathroom. While the staff we gracious about changing our room, the quality of the rooms we were given was not that of the room depicted on line. This is an extremely old hotel and, according to the maintenance man who came up to get our friends telephone working, they did "renovate 1 room and planned to renovate the entire interior of the hotel, but ran out of funds, for now." There's a reason why their picture gallery shows the exterior and nothing but the bed in a room ... This Hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Perth, but wait until they actually do something to upgrade the rooms if you want a pleasant stay there. Mildew and musty smelling rooms and hallways are not our idea of a great place to stay!
