Great view of the Bosphorous at the top floor restaurant/bar. Very friendly staff, wonderful room with the most comfortable pillows/sheets. Major tourist attractions are very accessible. Located in busy business district.

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Safety locker was "not" faced outside the closet; we had to go inside the closet to use the safety locker. This hotel is a great place to enjoy the impeccable view of the Bosporus. It is great and you can enjoy the deluxe service by the friendliest and most helpful hotel service. The only problem was the room's temperature control system. We could not set the temperature of the room, it was either chilly or warm and we constantly messed with the heater. Oh, also the pillows were huge and uncomfortable, we talked to the room service and they changed them. Overall, I can say that this is going to be the hotel that I will chose for my next visit to Istanbul.

Most people stay in this hotel for if they are in Istanbul for business as the location is not walking distance to the major sights in the old town, but it is also a great place to stay for a spa relaxation experience when arriving. The fitness center with sauna and steam rooms was excellent, nice pool and work out areas. The rooms were large, comfortable and inviting with great views of the river or city. It's very expensive to eat at the hotel but there are many restaurants in Taksim that are easy to get to. To get to old town it is an easy taxi, tram or ferry ride.

We have traveled to Istanbul before and this was the "best" place we have stayed so far. We had our 3 kids (8,6,6) with us on this trip. We could not have chosen a better hotel. Location is excellent, close to many attractions in the city. Hotel staff was very kind, friendly and professional. They had availability so upgraded our room at no charge to a larger room with a great view. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, we truly enjoyed it and the service we had received. They were very kid friendly and interacted with our children at breakfast in a polite and friendly manner.
