I felt ripped off. The hotel is old and smelly. The towels are ripped and the bathrooms have milldue. I felt i could do better in my vacation.

me and a friend actually got a stand by deal on this, 300 per person. Its right on the Ocean so you can sit at the bar and overlook everything or lay in the sun and the hot beach. There are a lot of tourist traps and wandering merchants but that is to be expected.

The hotel staff were friendly and loved to see some young people around. Id go again

This is a great hotel for spring breakers all through the month of March. This was my second time staying at Copa and it rocks. Its about 90% spring breakers at this time so the families should stay away. The pool during the day is so much fun, especially with the great contests and competitions held there. The all inclusive is only worth it if you are a big drinker because the food is very plain and you get sick of it by weeks end. The rooms are clean and made up everyday by friendly maid staff. The front desk's english isn't the best but who cares, it's Acapulco! I suggest don't buy a party pass ahead of time for the clubs and bars because the hotel has all the spring break companies like bianci rossi, sunsplash, and studentcity right in the lobby selling the passes for the best spots each night. Other than that, don't expect too much except a spring break of a lifetime!!!
