Very nice stayJust a couple of nights for a short stay, but the hotel was very nice indeed, and with very good food and helpful staff. I would certainly return.

Great looking hotel until you walk into the main lobby, everything was very dated. I had stayed at this hotel over 15 years ago and not much has changed since then. The rooms are ok clean but again dated. The Price for the room was a fair price for the level of the room. Overral nothing to fancy and ok for the night.

Coppid ReviewApproach to the hotel makes this place look better than it is. Good parking and nice reception area. Room was a good size and clean. Gym was awful, tiles were off the wall in the changing rooms and the dirt showing was not acceptable. Around the pool was not much better. The pool and spa were cold and did not seem up to a normal temp, on a plus side it had all facilities you could ask for.The food in the main restraunt was poor and very expensive for what it was. Medium steak for £18 and 8 chips for £4(ish) and a beer all told came to around £25. The steak was burnt and the chips were not cooked throughout, nice beer.Service was ok but not asked once if i was enjoying my food.

No atmosphere in either restaurant. Basement Bistro decidedly shabby. Food over-priced. Overall, pleasant and well maintained. Well placed for both Wokingham and Bracknell. Good business rendezvous.

We thought the hotel was excellent and not far from the City. The family room was brilliant although obviously we can't comment on the ordinary run of the mill room. Good food, good leisure facilities and the best facial that I have had in a hotel! The only thing letting the hotel down were the grounds - thre weren't any! Ideally when away with the family we would like to sit outside in asafge environment whilst enjoying a drink. This wouln't have been possible but as it was raining most evenings in this instance it didn't matter!!

This was a really high quality hotel -- with helpful staff. My room was one of the best in which I have had the pleasure of staying Both the food & service in the restuarant was excellent - although may work out to be a little pricey for family meals.I also think that the food available in the bar/lounge whilst did look to be of a high quality was very much overpriced - £12.50 for a club sandwich.......... with £2.95 for a cup of tea for one ?

Most Enjoyable StayLovely room (as we got upgraded to a suite for no apparent reason). Resturant was very good. Food was great, service was excellent. Drinks a little pricy but I gues that's the same for any hotel. Leasure facilities were a little dissapointing. Changing rooms were very tired, pool quite small but clean. No Jacuzi as it was being worked on. The Keller was a very lively bar with loads of Hen Parties present! Band were good, again drinls a little pricey (Pint of Lager and a Smirnoff was Â£8). Overall a very enjoyable stay. Oh and the best bit of stayinmg in any hotel......The breakfast was excellent. Enjoy!

Very few hotel employees around; bar menu is the most limited I have ever seen. Nice touch to have free soft minibar each day.

Fantastic GetawayWe stated at Coppid Beech Hotel with friends as we were travelling to Ascot, this is the second year running we have stayed for Ascot week and we will be coming back to stay again next year.We asked for an early check in for 9.30am (as check in is normally 2pm) they tried there best to find us an available room with success, so helpful I cannot fault the staff.Good location and so many things to do in the hotel with a dry ski slope next door.

Great We had such a nice time, everyone at the hotel was very nice from the time we arrived, very helpful and so close for racing, Beds were very comfy, food nice, just a little noisy late at night. Breakfast was yummy with lots of choice- will re book for 2010.

I was most impressed with the Breakfast, the staff were well organised, the tables were clean and the service was polite and efficient, even when I asked for porridge. Well Done.Restaurant again was efficient for the evening meal, food was good and service was good.Keller Bar seemed a bit slow for the few customers that were in there and at 58yrs old I am not overly keen on staff keep asking \"Okay Mate\", but that might just be me.Overall a good experience for a quick 3 day business trip. Happy to recommend the Coppid Beech.

We were going to Ascot races and booked last minute. We have a 9mnth baby and had plently of requests which they were extremely helpful with. There were a few mix ups with our room and the rate which we were due to pay, but they were very efficient in sorting them out quickly.
