The staff were extremely helpful. I was collected from Gatwick at 11pm, for which I was very grateful! The room was small and fairly basic...I never worked out how to get the television working. My room was in a seperate building, across the road from the main hotel. My only real complaint was that it was pretty noisy - the road outside was quite busy and the windows only seemed to be single glazed, and there was a good deal of noise from the plumbing in adjacent rooms. Breakfast was OK, but nothing to write home about. Can't really complain though as is was about half the price than the next cheapest I could find so close to the airport.

Because we were leaving the hotel early to catch our flight to Spain, the hotel booked our taxi for which which was paid for by them as they only run the hotel bus between certain hours

Friendly service, and a good pick up service to and from airport. Evening meal was nothing special, and a bit disappointing. Standard of decor, carpet etc in bedroom was rather tired, and could be better. Standard of breakfast was mediocre, and breakfast room was very crowded. You got the feeling that they were just trying to get too many people in to too smaller space! But it was clean and reasonably comfortable, and reasonable value for money, especially when you take the free transfers into account.

The evening meal in the restaurant was spetacular. Nice clean, simple room. Staff very friendly.

The pick up and drop off service was fantastic. The breakfast was very nice, staff all very friendly. My husband found the bed extreemly comfortable and wanted to take the bed home. Good choice for an overnight stay.

Friendly family run hotel, my flight arrived in early morning (6.30) and could still check in and get some sleep. Hotel pick up and drop off was quick with no waiting around.

The hotel was very easy to find and was only minutes from Gatwick North terminal which was great for us and mean't we didn't need to get up as early!Room was very clean as was the bathroom. Nice friendly staff, and bar was relatively cheap.
