Everything. The only thing I could see was they need an elevator. It was a very nice place to stay.

Very friendly staff. Not the most attractive location. The room and hotel itself were nothing fancy, but were clean and comfortable. Probably the best that could be had for that price, and considering that there's not a lot to choose from in Augusta. Staff was all very friendly and helpful.

I loved the bed and the linens; it was perfect. The breakfast. I was extremely satisfied and would look forward to staying here again. I loved the bed and the linens.

Location. Had to pay for breakfast. Hotel was nice and clean. Had to use the laundry room and dryer was not the best at drying wet towels, and pricey. Not happy that you have to pay for breakfast, went out to eat breakfast both mornings and spent a lot less money.

The location was excellent. Eating establishment recommended were not the quality expected. The staff was helpful and friendly. The appearance was excellent and public amend were good.

The bed was great! Wished it had free breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helped us with directions to dining and shopping in the area, even making a phone call to get more information. The room was nicely decorated, quiet, and very comfortable.

Close to the highway. In need of refurbishment; older; somewhat rundown. While this hotel is convenient to the interstate, it doesn't rate it's current star-rating. It appeared to be older, somewhat rundown, and in desperate need of refurbishment. It lacked the amenities that we enjoy while traveling with children: in-room gaming, a complimentary breakfast buffet, and an arcade or game room. In-room, high speed internet service was nice, though. But, we would not stay here again.

Very clean and safe. No restaurant. Loved it, I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Very nice staff. They went out of their way to help you.

Overall appearance was welcoming. Assigned to handicapped room. Could not hang clothes in the closet without dragging the floor. Excellent place to stay. Great staff. Large room, very clean and welcoming, wall controlled thermostat. Easy access to the interstate. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Definitely the place to stay.

We arrived on Friday, June 13 and had booked another hotel. It was awful so we checked into the Courtyard. We found the rooms very nice and the staff very pleasant. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and plan on staying there again when we return to the area. Look no further....you'll be pleased with this one.

The heat outside was unbearable, so I was happy to walk into an air conditioned room. The bed had already been turned down as well. I was happy to see the microwave and fridge, which made my dining out experiences even better. Helpful desk staff as well! Plenty of well lit parking.

Price was far too high for the quality of the hotel. Rooms were so heavily scented with their air freshener I could barely stay in them. Had stayed in a Candlewood Suites the three nights before coming here and was shocked by the difference in quality and the much higher price.

Easy parking and easy access to room. Breakfast was not complimentary. We enjoyed this hotel. The king size bed was very comfortable and dressed with nice linens. I especially enjoyed not having a bed spread but a decorative 2 ft. wide piece of fabric across the bed near the foot of the bed. I will recommend to our family and friends.

Ilike that the room had amenities such as: sofa, fridge, microwave, table etc. Some staff behavior was less then friendly. A lovely hotel, wish there was an elevator! Rooms are cozy and the restrooms are spacious. Your not cramped trying to shower and the rooms are big too! The beds are soft and very comfortable,I may go back there again.
