Location, friendly staff, snacks in the afternoon in the lobby. Amusty smell upon entering the hotel room and the $21 per day to park your car.

The decore was excellent. The parking fees were a bit inconvenient. My husband and I had a great stay at the Courtyard-Marriott in Buckhead. The room was exquisite and the service wonderful.

King bed and sleeper sofa was a sleeper chair fitting only 1 person not two. Not enough room for 2 adults 3 kids, parking $21 valet or 18 self.

This hotel was extremely nice! I was highly impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the rooms were very nicely appointed and comfortable. This hotel was located in the heart of Atlanta right up from Lenox Suare Mall with a number of dining options and did I mention how nice the rooms were!! I will definitely be staying here again and I'm sure you'd enjoy your stay as well! Be aware that there is an extra charge for parking (around $20 if you park yourself, but its worth it)!

The location was near toan exclusive mall. Room was a little small. The location was fantastic. The room was a little small but not a real distraction from the hotel stay. The lunch was very good in a southern style. Travel was easy due to the hotel being located near a MARTA train and bus station. Very nice museum within a mile and a great exclusive mall that was very large.

had several questions about teh area, resturants, bars etc, steven at the front desk is the best, allways stoped what he was doing to help and talk to me. the whole front desk staff welcomed me everytime i walked in. teh rooms are nice with flat screen tv, smells clean and fresh, m our maid always smiled and welcomed me also! great staff and location.

Attractive rooms, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, convenient to shopping and restaurants. Construction was taking place on the lot next door. The noise was somewhat of a disturbance during the night. The hotel was very nice and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The overall stay was great. The rooms were nicely decorated and fairly spacious with a great flat screen TV. We will definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

Nice, clean, new room. Attentive staff. Having to pay so much for parking. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It fit my needs very well. The room was a nice size, felt very clean, and had many nice features. The free wireless internet was very convenient. Good location, close to public transit. Did not like having to pay so much for parking.

I like the location and the room itself. Contacted the hotel about and erroneous charge on my account and spoke with the general manager who in turned transfered me to housekeep. Nice hotel, busy location, overall friendly staff and nice rooms.

This was the worst hotel experience in 3 plus years of traveling for business. The walls were so thin that I was woken up by the wake up call for the guy in the room next to me, who as the desk informed me was a pilot, which is why he was up at 5 am. Then he proceeded to call the rest of his crew to make sure they were up. When I called to complain, instead of having the GM of the hotel call me when he got in, the on duy manager decided it would be better to come have a conversation with me personally at 5:30 am. The room was the loudest I had ever stayed in and the staff was useless.

The only complaint was parking was expensive for a weekend. $21.00 per night valet and 18.00 self park.

Clean, attractive and convenient. The shower knob broke off the wall, maintenance took too long to repair, making us late. The hotel is very nice, but the staff was not prepared for maintenance issues, which had to have been a problem before we arrived at the hotel. The maintenance man was not quick to respond, and although the desk staff tried to make up for the problem with the free breakfast, the food was sub par. The hotel charges $13.95 for a breakfast most hotels are now offering for free. The front desk staff also provided a key to an additional room to take a shower in, but at the time of their response, we were already late from the problem with our shower and the slow response by the maintenance man.

Clean simple rooms. Slick marble floors in lobby and halls = dangerous. All of the staff that I encountered except for the sleeping valet were all pleasant. The night shift employees were often seen sleeping at their post/desks.

The Mariott Courtyard in Buckhead was unimpressive, despite a recently updated lobby and friendly staff. The hotel room smelled of bleach and the previous guests' used washcloths were still in the shower. For the price, the location was fine, but there are better deals in the area, particularly once the additional $20 per night parking fee is included in the overall cost of stay. The rooms are updated and include a nice flat screen television, but our city view consisted of the air conditioning units in the parking lot out back, which also were excessively loud when they turned on and off. I would not stay at this hotel again.
