The rooms have a little extra room for work or relaxing. Charges for local calls This is a nicely kept hotel. Rooms are neat and clean and contain a desk and a comfortable chair. Covered parking is conveniently located. However, their policy of charging for local calls is irritating. They also do not provide a continental breakfast as most hotels do today.

Extremely helpful staff. Anxious to please. N/A Located in the middle of Phoenix, near many attractions, Courtyard by Marriot met all my expectations. The staff was courteous and eager to please -- they even helped me print out my boarding passes! The rooms were clean and comfortable.

comfortable bed I would have appreciated at least a complimentary continental breakfast. Clean rooms with comfortable beds made the motel a pleasure to stay at.

The room was clean and comfortable I wanted a king bed This hotel was clean and comfortable. Very nice for the price. A long way from Downtown, but a good location close to resturants and stores.

Room had couch plus workspace and free internet. Did not have a true restaurant with a bar. Convenient location, good amenities, nice room. I would stay there again.

Good location. Employee that checked us in was not polite. Hotel was nice, hotel furnishing looked a bit old, but it was in a good location. Hotel employee that checked us in was not polite.
