The staff was friendly. The beds were terrific and the room was cozy but clean and modern. There was wireless internet in the rooms but only one computer (free) downstairs if you didn't bring your own. Although it is next to the Birmingham University Hospital, the room was very quiet. There's a nice deli right next door that stays open until 11 p.m. for late arrivals.

My stay was excellent. The parking is limited. It woulod be difficult for someone who is not able to climb stairs which is necessary ifyou parked in the parking structure.

Great room for a great price. Front desk clerk was not always at the desk. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Restaraunt was a bit pricey, especially for breakfast.

They had a gym membership to a local university which was an amazing gym! The room was really nice also. I didn't like the hotel had weird parking and we didn't receive decent instructions on how to park/use validation. Many of the travelers that visit this hotel are in the area seeking medical attention for themselves or a family member thus there is some emotional heaviness lingering in the atmosphere. Otherwise, the hotel is very clean and pristine and the staff was helpful and went out of their way to remember who we were.

The rooms were spacious, new, and clean, comfy beds. The food tasted old, stale, and low quality. The staff was very nice, helpful, and available. Loved the beds and rooms. We were very comfortable and slept well. Nicely decorated and very clean. Wished it had a pool. Had to pay to park our car. Easy to locate.

It was the 2nd cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Elevators were extremely slow for a building that is less than a year old. Parking with unlimited in/out was only $6 per night. The room was spotless. Closest thing to a problem that we had was they were out of clean glasses one afternoon but we had them within 15 minutes of asking.

The staff was very helpful, with a smile! Nice! Very quiet andnot a warm friendly atmosphere. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very helpful and polite. The room was neat, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything you could need was in the room, such as iron, hair dryer, etc.

Very spacious, clean, and location. Having to pay $6 daily for parking. This is a great hotel to stay in parking on the street is unlikely unless it's late evening. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, and the rooms are spacious. The staff was wonderful.

The hotel has a business center, internet access, cable, and cozy clean rooms. The hotel did not have enough cable channels. The hotel was conveniently located to public transportation which includes the local trolley. My husband and I did not need a car because restaurants and attractions were in walking distance or simply a trolley ride away. We had a fantastic time and will stay at the same hotel on our next visit.

Good location and close to restaurants (subway, deli, etc). We were put on a floor where they were washing the carpet, but they moved us after we let them know. This is a good location for being close to downtown. We were first placed in a room on a floor they were washing the carpet. We wanted to go to sleep and couldn't because they would be in our hotel room cleaning. We went downstairs to let them know and they promptly moved us to a different floor. They also charge $10/day for parking on their facility.

Very clean, newly built, and bedding was wonderful. The location being downtown away from restaurants. Wonderful newer hotel near UAB. Rooms were designer styled with awesome linens on bedding. Rooms and rest of hotel was extremely clean. Downtown location wasn't great since restaurants were 10 miles away, however it was in a nice part of town. Pay parking for $6 is a minus, but to be expected for a downtown location. Another negative was that there was no pool on site, which was a let down for my kids and a disappointment for this star of hotel. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay for the amount we bid. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
