Proximity to LRT(subway system) and restaurants. Poor water pressure in shower- no hot tub, suana or pool.

The cleanliness. That we only had one bed in our room. It was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay there again.

I was a little bummed this was the only hotel we could find when we went to Edmonton, I really had my doubts when I first pulled up, I was thinking to myself what a different hotel, a little strange.. But let me tell you ths is the best hotel we have every stayed in while visiting Edmonton, We highly recommend it..Staff is AWESOME! It truly is a gem...

This hotel is quite undistinguished. The rooms are Ok. The King Garden rooms are large and have a bathtub in the middle of the room, which seemed odd. The front desk was happy to oblige with a regular room. The regular room is small with a large bathroom, and a small closet which doesn't accomodate normal width hangers very well. The room has good views on the river side. The gym has approximately 6 cardio machines (treadmills and ellipticals), 1 weight bench and 1 rack of dumbbells. They do have a guest laundry. The restaurant isn't busy. It's best for hamburgers and fried foods. Skip the deserts no matter how tasty the sound on the menu. There are plenty of descent restaurants close by, along with a movie theatre and all of downtown Edmonton. The hotel offers free wireless internet in the rooms. It's not great, it's not terrible. It's in the middle of the middle.

I was on business, and grew up in Edmonton, and new where to stay and where I shouldn't stay. This location is right downtown beside the Mac, with a fabulous view. The price was amazing. But the best thing was the SERVICE. I have travelled all over the world and this was the best service I ever received, from every member I dealt with, save for one. They go out of there way to take care of your concerns. I had difficulty with Valet parking as my truck was too big for the underground, so for security, they moved it at night right in front of the door to ""watch"" it. It is downtown so there is a few homeless people, but all was great. Even the noise of downtown was not audiible from my room. Will definately make this my new hotel for my Edmonton Trips.

Great view. Expensive parking. The staff was courteous and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, the view over the river valley was great. It would have been helpful to know about parking constraints and costs when calculating the cost of the room.
