Clean, comfortable and elegant. No. Courtyard by Marriot downtown Pittsburgh is a really nice hotel. The room is excellent, extremely clean and comfortable with elegant decoration. I will definitely stay there during my next trip there.

Desk staff very helpful in guiding me around town Parking fee of $22 a day for guests Gorgeous rooms, much nicer than I expected for a 2 1/2 star hotel. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend to others.

"I had just arrived at the hotel after a very long trip from Texas. I had to drive from San Antonio to Atlanta over night, catch a flight to Pittsburgh at 9am. I was over-tired and had to quickly shower and change to head to my engagement. When I arrived at the desk, not one of the three agents greeted me with a smile or hello, one in fact raised her eyebrow at me and treated me like I was a second class citizen. I was dressed in flip flops, cargo shorts and a 2-day old t-shirt with a heavy shadow as I could not shave or shower for 2-days."

Excellent customer service. Everything was to my liking. The Pittsburgh Downtown Courtyard Marriot is in a superb location. There is an excellent restaurant on the premises. Cleanliness, outstanding customer service and comfort are the order of the day at this hotel.

Excellent price, great amenities. Location, scary people walking around the city at night, parking price too high. I really am satisfied; the only thing that was expensive was the valet parking. It costs almost the same as our room.

The location and view of the city. Parking fee of 22 dollars is exorbitant. I liked the hotel, but I would recommend it for business travelers or two adults. Having two older children constantly wanting to spend 2 dollars for a can of coke which was expensive, and the parking fee was ridiculous.

Convenience to downtown amenities of which we were interested. Parking can be an issue. Very nice in appearance, lobby and rooms. Had a shuttle available to take us where we wanted to go.

Fun atmosphere. Work out room. Parking. I had to pay valet parking due to downtown. Extra expense. No pool. Tall ceilings, very nice staff, beautiful surroundings. Just a beautiful hotel, that's all.

The location was excellent for my purposes. The restaurant was only open for breakfast. It is located conveniently in the downtown area of Pittsburgh. The rooms are clean, good sized, and well-lit. The staff makes their best effort to be helpful.

Our first visit to Pittsburgh and we ddn't know what to expect. This hotel was great, the service was outstanding and rooms were large. The shuttle service brought us were ever we wanted to go and did a nice job of making recommendations of places to visit and eat. We took our family and it was perfect. The breakfast was very good. We would defintely recommend to anyone.

Very classy and refined. Have to pay $22 for valet parking, the only choice for parking. This hotel is classy and refined. You will find the highest ceiling you can expect. Seems over 10 feet. It's location would be the best, if you have any occasion at the convention center which locates next to this hotel. The only gripe was the parking. The only choice was $22 valet, though it can be usual for downtown hotels. I would recommend this hotel for spacious and tidy rooms. Other amenities are pretty limited.

Hotel Shuttle to the arena was very convenient. Long walk from elevator to room. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anybody especially if they had to be in Downtown Pittsburgh. The staff was helpful with the valet parking and the shuttle.

Very modern. Room was so, so. No view and hole in curtains. Hotel was great. Really modern and everything we were looking for in a great spot. The room was ok. TV was at a funny angle and there was a cigarette burn in the curtains. Other than that it was an ok hotel.

Beautiful Room. Great Hotel. I parked in a garage 2 blocks away because of the expense, $22 per night vs. $5 and on my way to the hotel at night a street person stopped me for money. It made me uncomfortable. The people working at the hotel were great as well as the quality of the rooms.

Wonderful price for good hotel. The coffee at breakfast was very weak. Convenient location. Inexpensive public parking nearby. $5 overnight.

Fabulous location, beautiful rooms and attentive staff. Absolutely nothing. Right in the middle of downtown, with convenient shuttles or just easy walks to everything in Pittsburgh. Everything at your fingertips. Rooms are spacious and beautifully kept.

this hotel was great! staff was friendly and helpful. very clean. great location. rooms were perfect, most comfortable beds I've slept on in a hotel in quite some time! shuttle van drivers were very friendly and helpful. breakfast was great! stayed here on a visit to Point Park University and will stay here again.

Extremely well located with a helpful, friendly staff The cost to valet park, though convenient, was a bit steep at $22. Good location, clean and spacious room. However, the $22 valet parking cost was steep.

Gorgeous facilities and very friendly staff; the hotel far exceeded our expectations. The location was close to some attractions, but we still had to drive to a few. Overall our stay was fantastic! The room was comfortable, large, and very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and provided some great recommendations for area restaurants and attractions. The business center off the lobby provided a computer with free access and a printer which proved to be very convenient for obtaining directions. The hotel also provides a complimentary shuttle to near-by areas (we took it to station square). Although this hotel is rated at two stars, the service matched that of a four star! We would definitely stay here again.

It was very contemporary, clean and attractive. Very comfortable and easy to work in the room. I generally prefer to self-park but, the valet parking was just fine. Very convenient location to a number of business and cultural venues. I thought the contemporary decor, furniture and fixtures added to the experience. My room felt spacious with very tall ceilings and I was very comfortable working in my room.

It was a great location. We enjoyed being able to walk around downtown, see the Arts festival, and go to a performance of Faust at UpArts. It would be nice if it had a pool!

Service was great. Facility was top-notch. Convenient Location! Food options were minimal. No breakfast, restaurants pricey, room service closed early A modern, clean and convenient hotel located in the heart of the Cultural District of Downtown Pittsburgh. Half-mile walk from PNC Park, Theaters, The Strip (nightlife) and many restaurants. Service was excellent and every employee was extremely friendly and helpful.

Close to trendy strip district. LOVED the free transportation service. Maid service was very late in the day. This beautiful hotel was in the heart of the trendy strip district of Pittsburgh. It was walking distance to the original Primanti Brothers, and around the corner from the breakfast diner The Steel City Diner! The best!

The employees were very friendly. The sheets were not pressed. The hotel was nice, except the sheets looked so wrinkled, we didn't know if the bed sheets had been changed.
