Great standards and close to the terminalsThe hotel appears to be quite new or very well kept. Room was superb and very well decorated with some contemporary features. Not so sure if I would have been so happy if I'd paid full price. This was a last min booking for a few hours rest before an early flight. My only issue was the shuttle service to the terminals. You would have thought a hotel of this calibre would have provided a shuttle. I was surprised to have to pay to be taken to the treminal. I was also informed that the buses ran every 20 mins from 6 am, but waited 25 mins to get the first bus. Could have caused a problem if I was running to a tight schedule. Luckily we weren't!!

Great but new..This hotel is great value for money and is almost on airport. The rooms are very nice, very comfortable. Only issue was the staff were a bit confused as it had only been open a week and weren't sure of all procedures.

very pleased with all aspects of the hotel . car park fee on late rooms is not correct it was £15 for 24 hrs ,we were only charged £9 as we checked out at 5.30am to catch early flight

The hotel is very convenient to the South terminal. It has nice amenities. But their charges for internet and breakfast are extremely high, even for British and European standards. The decor is modern, but the design of the bathroom is very poor. The tube/shower is deceptively high and you are subject to slip when exiting. Be careful of the door stop in the bathroom. They conveniently placed it where you step out of the tub.

One of the best I was very impressed with the standard of room bed was comfortable very clean and staff were helpful. Only one negative would be no food after 11pm but tea /coffe was in room.I would recommend this hotel. Look for G2 bus just £2 from terminal if you are tired but a five minute walk if your not.

The room was lovely , the breakfast well thats another storyI would recommend this hotel on a board basis , the room was clean , the staff were polite and helpful . The food espescially the breakfast was under par considering the cost . It was not a buffet style breakfast and the full english at £13.95 was nowhere better than a £3.50 breakfast on any high street. If I ever stay here again I will not spend money on breakfast .

Excellent hotel for the price we paid but not really walking distance to the terminal!The hotel is perfect for an airport hotel. High quality rooms with 2 double beds. It is convenient to the airport but not really on foot. Instructions I read implied 5 minutes walk, more like 15 so I would take the shuttle which costs £2.50 but onloy takes about 5 minutes.

Excellent all roundWhen wanting to overnight at Gatwick without a car we normally stay at the Premier Travel Inn at the North Terminal. However this time the Marriott was a lot cheaper so we thought we'd try it out. This hotel had only been open a month or so, so everything was new which was very nice. Also, very importantly, the sound proofing was very good so that we could hear vurtually nothing of the outside world from within our room and had a really good night's sleep. Getting to the South Terminal is easy, just a 5-10 minute walk, there's also a hotel shuttle bus available.Would definitely use this one again if the price was right, i.e. less than all the others.

Tired after FlightOn arrival at the hotel (at Gatwick airport....actually 15min walk or £9 in a taxi), the reception staff were not only slow, but also had a limited command of english. The TV in the room did not work, but it was so late I could not be bothered to argue about it....
