The lobby was beautiful but the doorman was so friendly and helpful! Our hotel room did not have a microwave or refrigerator. The hotel was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to others!

The hotel was very comfortable. Our hotel room only had one trash can. The hotel was excellent. I would recommend it to any traveler.

Very friendly staff and nice lobby/public area. Everything was fine, old fashioned TV. These days, most hotels, especially at this level, have gone to more streamlined styles of TVs. Great price for a downtown hotel. Clean with a great staff. Perfect for tourist travelers, business travelers, or those needing to stay close to the Northwestern Hospital. Recommend.

Convenient location, great price for the hotel and friendly helpful staff. The parking garage. The hotel met all of our expectations and we would recommend it to friends.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff made the stay even more pleasant. Room was very clean and tidy, bedding was quite comfortable and exceeded expectations.

The maid service and doormen were excellent. Afternoon front desk service were very rude and snotty. No one could tell us anything about what to do in the city that wasn't already written in a tour book. The hotel was good for its price but something you'll only do once.

It is in the best location at an affordable rate. The service is outstanding. I would recommend this hotel stay for any travelers with family and without if you are in the downtown area. If you are looking for affordable rates, cleanliness, and accommodation this is a must stay. The staff makes you feel so welcomed!

The staff were very knowledgable about the area. The elevators were slow in reaching the floor. This is a great hotel to stay at. The next time I visit Chicago I'll most likely stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful, the location is excellent, and the price incredibly reasonable for the accommodations and location in the city.

The hotel is in a great location...very clean and safe. The front desk wasn't always the most polite when we called with questions. They weren't mean, they just seemed in a hurry or like we were bothering them. The door man was very friendly and stood in the rain to get us a cab. Overall it was a good experience and I'd stay here again.

This hotel is well located 1 block from The Miracle Mile and a 10 minute walk to the Navy Pier. Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins were right across the street, thought I'd died and gone to heaven! If Starbucks is more you cup, there's one right in the lobby. The room was much larger than I expected and even had a pull out couch and a desk. Very clean, staff was very helpful. The only two negatives I could come up with is the thermostat in the room didn't work properly and the AC kept the room cooler than I would prefer and the security system on the elevators (you have to slide your room key to get them to operate) worked sparadically and sometimes made it difficult to operate.

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful to us. We were new to the Chicago area and we received concise advice for bus connections as well as dinner suggestions. I did get stuck in the elevator for about 15min. The speaker phone was very garbled, so I used my cell phone to call my wife and she contacted the front desk. Also, the room cleaning seemed to take a long time in getting to our room. But we were in and out most of the time, so it was not a factor. One day at the business center 2 out of the three computers were down. Overall, I would come back to this Hotel.

Parking. The room was very small and some what cramped. The lobby was very loud and bright. The staff was more than helpful. They really made up for any shortfall the hotel had.

The lobby desk staff was wonderful. The pool area was awful, the water was too chlorinated and there was not enough seating. I think this hotel is more suited to business travelers who are going to get up, shower and get on with business. I would not recommend it for families. Also, they need to make sure the sheets on the bed are clean - there was lipstick on one of the pillows. Another thing is the crib, I requested for my granddaughter was not delivered and we had to call twice to ask for one!

The staff was very friendly and the location was great. Only decaf coffee in the room. Might have been a mistake. The staff was very friendly. The rate was great and the location couldn't have been better. The self parking was great as well and very reasonably priced. We'll be back.

Great location, great staff, great service. Staff was willing to go out of their way to accomodate In the heart of downtown. It is in the middle so all the sites and nightlife is either in walking distance or a quick cab ride away. Can see the water from our room. The restaurant was very good as well. The service was awesome and were willing to go out of their way to accomodate. You get to park cheaper in the garage next door.

Very friendly and clean. Great location. This hotel is in a great location for shopping or night life in Chicago. My mother and I go Christmas shopping every year. This was a perfect hotel for our needs. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Location, nice restaurant, helpful staff. The room was nice, even if there was no view. It is quite convenient to the heart of downtown Chicago and attractions at Navy Pier. The lobby seems kind of small, but perhaps there isn't much they can do about it since there is a parking garage on the levels above.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean. Can't think of anything I didn't like. Great location, great staff, clean comfortable rooms. What more can you ask for! Only had breakfast at the hotel but if that was any indication lunch and dinner should be equally impressive.

The staff is top notch and honestly made the trip for us. Nothing to complain about. This hotel is by far the best I have ever stayed at. The staff actually went out of their way to guide us to the best places in Chicago. I am a man that belies in loyalty to a great company that deserves it, the have all of my Business.

Excellent location, comfortable bed, helpful staff, clean. Nothing to report. Excellent location for exploring downtown Chicago on foot; helpful staff; clean, updated decor; very comfortable bed and pillows; discounted parking; windows that open; on-site Starbucks; I would recommend, and I will return in October for a national conference.
