Common areas were clean and attractive. Pool facilities were too small for the demand. The hotel was clean and attractive. A decent location but expect to drive or walk a long distance in order to arrive at any Miami Beach destinations. Front desk staff were pleasant. Maid staff never cleaned our room during our 3 day stay. The pool was attractive but was overwhelmed by the guests and a lack of hotel supervision made the pool area unruly at times. Parking was $22/day and beach chairs were $10/day, excessive in my opinion. The Tiki Bar was a nice feature. The Beach was very nice as well.

If you want a good location and a great beach this should make a good choice for you. There is an on site restaurant so you won't have to get in your car to look for food. Parking is definitely an issue in this area, so be prepared to pay the additional hotel parking fee if you have a car. I was alright with this since I was aware of it up-front. Most everything about the hotel was good, except that I was charged for the room at check out, even though it was prepaid. The front desk did not supply any paperwork at check-out so make sure to check your account to prevent double billing.

We stayed during the busy winter holiday season. The hotel is immaculate. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Comfortable, clean room. Internet access, morning Miami Herald delivered to your room. Beach chair and towel service. Fitness facility a bit small - but not really needed if you take advantage of the ocean front boardwalk - great for morning walk/run. Good location - just slightly north of busy South Beach - but close enough to the action if that's what you are looking for. Onsight restaurants were good, a little pricey for the type of food, but - convenient and nice to have tropical drinks on the deck! Be aware that tip is included in all the bills! Front desk will provide you with a list of good restaurants in various price ranges. A deli is located directly across the street - coffee, bagels, pastries, salads and sandwiches.
