Helpful staff. First assigned room had vomit on bedspread and rug. The first room we were given had dried vomit on the bedspread, rug, and nightstand. The room was obviously not cleaned well, and it took the staff a while to find a different room for us, which was inconvenient because we had gotten in late at night. But after that, everything was great. They gave us a free breakfast buffet for the trouble, and I'm guessing that the experience was an anomaly, because it did seem like a nice hotel overall, despite our first impressions.

Front desk agent was friendly and helpful. Maid’s carts constantly packed in hallway. Construction going on in hallway and exit. Room quality not appealing.

Very good location, the rooms were redone recently. Very good location, places to eat around the area, close to Raleigh downtown, very nice rooms that were redone recently.

This is a really nice hotel with very friendly staff. Room was excellent. I did get lost on more then one ocassion because there is only one elevator no matter where your room is in the hotel which has quite long hallways and a few turns.

Serivice from staff was excellent. Recommended restarurants that didn't let down. Facilities were very clean and tidy. Strongly recommend this hotel.

My company recently had a meeting at this hotel and we all stayed there. I willagree with the other reviewer that the elevator only being on one side is tough. Any way friendly staff and nice rooms. what I did not like was after we had went to dinner we set out in the patio and were having beverages and got run off because we were being to loud. And come to find out that morning at check out the lady appolgized to us becasue it was not us that the people were complaining about it was the stero they had playing through out the courtyard!

I got there two hours early and was allowed early check-in. The mattress in my room was too firm. Also the free trial of TV internet never did load which is why I chose to give them a 3 instead of a perfect score.
