How accommodating the staff was. The extremely low end room we were placed in. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We didn't get in until 2:00 a.m. and they automatically allowed a late check out at 2:00 p.m. Very nice. The bad part was the room we were in. Very low end and dull. Also, it was next to an exit door. Last room at the end of the hall.

Clean, quiet, helpful staff, easy to find. Too generic..nothing snazy or unique - boring. Great for business traveler, simple room with the basics available. Clean and nice.

It was very clean, quiet, very fast service. This hotel was very nice. Great place to stay in with Children. We were comfortable, plenty of pillows and space.

The hotel was able to give us a bigger, nicer room at the same rate without hesitation. There was no guard on the ice machine, and some of the ice would end up on the floor. It was a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. We asked for a room at the rate of $85.00 and arrived at a small room with one queen bed. When we asked for a bigger room and were transferred to another bigger room with two queen beds at the same rate, we were pleasantly surprised with the immediate upgrade at no increase in cost. The staff was responsive, friendly, and courteous.

Room was comfortable and clean. Pool was very dirty and we had a hard time getting towels. I would not stay there again for a palm springs trip. It would work for business travel. The breakfast was very bad and to expensive for the quality of food served.

Easy access to the freeway, not far from restaurants and shopping, nice tennis courts! No where to walk to from the hotel, a bit secluded but by car everything is minutes away. My stay was enjoyable at this Marriott, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was checked into a smoking room that smelled extra smoky and when I requested a room change they were more than accommodating and quick to move me to a non-smoking room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room overloked the pool area whish was protected from the wind. Was able to sit out on the balcony and read (relax).

Front desk very accommodating. Despite us saving our towels as instructed, maid took them all and replaced. A bit off the beatern track from main drags, but right next to I-10. Very nice facilities & rooms.

Great staff and a convenient mid-valley location. No business center, though they did have free high-speed internet access. A very typical Courtyard by Marriott... good staff, very well-kept, and a convenient location. Surprisingly high level of noise from the nearby interstate, but that was a function of topography, not the hotel's construction.

Nice pillow choice. Not the hotels fault, but somebody pulled the fire alarm at 4:00 am, we had to evacuate. Hotel didn't explain unless you pressed them for an answer. It's OK, good, clean andbasic room.

Quiet, clean, next to a good restaurant. Luke warm jacuzzi. Staff was very friendly. The room was nicely decorated, with an excellent shower meaning plently of water pressure. There was a small cafe next to the lobby, and next door to the hotel, was an Applebee Restaurant. Location, is near a major freeway.

The room was great, pools heated, landscape good. No hot water first 2 and half days, exit door broken by room, had to go around. No hot water for the first 2 and half days; restaurant kitchen ovens and stoves not working first couple of days due to electrical problem; exit door in front of room had worn out lever and didn't always work so you had to walk several hundred feet to get to outside (pools, cars, smoking area).

Very friendly staff. The location was a bit far from everything. Very quiet, clean room with comfortable bed. The biggest problem was the television. It was rather small and off to the side of the bed. It was uncomfortable to watch for one person and impossible for two.
