It has high speed internet. There is no complimentary breakfast. Other than the complimentary breakfast issue, there is nothing to complain about the price and location and the quality of the hotel.

Cleanliness and privacy afforded guests. Pool closed at 11:00 p.m. - would prefer 1:00 a.m. Hotel is conveniently located near airport and major shopping centers. Staff is neat in appearance and pleasant to deal with. Condition of rooms, common areas and grounds is excellent.

Quite location. Overall a very nice hotel. The hotel is only a few blocks off Highway 60, a main route through Phoenix. Well maintained and very comfortable.

nice people Beds were VERY substandard, 4 inch soft mattresses Basically ok except for quality of beds. was very shocked to have such lousy beds at a courtyard property

Free internet, snacks, very clean nice beds and bedding. Some staff pretty neurotic, heard others had problems with internet, poor weight room. Very presentable space in rooms and overall. Breakfast buffet reasonable price and decent each day. Pool not monitored well so out of control kids on weekends. Pool/hot tub closed at 11pm too early....lousy weight-exercise room just a few machines for cardio...that's it. Nice down-like bedding. Staff pretty friendly but a bit confused.

The staff was very attentive to my needs. The noise in the rooms next to mine could be heard all the time. TV, conversations , etc.

Friendly staff. Close to freeway. Initially they put me in a smoking room without asking my preference, they met my request to change to nonsmoking Located halfway between airport and Mesa. Easy to get to from freeway. Shopping mall close by.

I too expect Marriott to be cleaner and a bit more upscale...especially at 279 per night. This would be a great value at 99/nt.

The bed was great! The front desk was very helpful! The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk was wonderful supplying me with directions to a wonderful restaurant andchanging me to a room overlooking the courtyard. I truly enjoyed my stay!

I traveled to Mesa with 3 other family members and we all fit nicely in the room. It worked out great for us! We were also near Fiesta Mall and other name brand stores. The price was reasonable for the great stay.

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. I was so happy with my stay there. The room was sparkling clean and the bed is the comfiest bed I have even slept on. I am using this hotel chain again when I travel to Houston next month. The staff was friendly and the front desk was very helpful. I felt safe and at home in this hotel. Thank you!

This was the worst Marriott experience I have ever had. I expect a standard from this hotel which was completely lacking. If you like traffic noise, bed bugs to tuck you in, loud car drags on the street, uncaring staff, brown water from the faucets, uncleaned rooms, bad food, and high prices, you will like this Marriott.

I frequently travel into this area for business. Staff was very friendly, and allowed early check-in. Room was clean, and very nice. Large desk/work area, ice cold A/C. Comfortable bed.

It was an awesome hotel. Excellent staff, everyone was just great. No continental breakfast. But the buffet was great. From the moment we stepped in the door they treated us with the utmost respect. They let us check in extremely early, and it was a very clean room. The exercise and pool facilities were excellent. Everyone there deserves a raise in pay by at least double.

I had visted Mesa, AZ to attend my nephews high school graduation. Since I wasn't familiar with the hotels in the area, he had recommended the Holiday Inn due to its proximity to the freeway. I was concerned about the price, however, was pleasantly suprised at how comfortable the bed and the size of the room was, in addition to the pool and spa. At what they charge for a room, I was suprised by the lack of a continental breakfast (just free coffee and water). Also, this is the first hotel I've been to which didn't include hair conditioner (just soap and shampoo)
