The room was very quiet. Nice for sleeping. The cost for the breakfast was over priced. That type of breakfast is usually free in other hotels. The rooms were beautiful. The air control in the room was excellent. Very quiet for sleeping.

The courtyard was great. It had a seating area out in the courtyard as well as outside your room. Great pool as well. You have to pay for the breakfast, it isn't considered continental. The courtyard by Marriott is a clean hotel. Its pool and spa are in great shape. The rooms are attractive and clean. If traveling during the late spring or summer, the grass/landscaped courtyard is outstanding.

Nice layout, friendly staff, cleans pool. Slightly difficult to access at first. This was a perfect hotel for our needs - and far exceeded our expectations. We just needed something basic, but it provided much more in case we did have more needs. We had very quick check-in/out; perfect directions to our room, all questions answered before I asked, and the rooms were spotless and spacious for our needs. The only thing I can say that was difficult was in actually accessing the drive that leads to the hotel, but I think primarily this was more an issue with map quest instructions.

The entire place was clean, attractive and excellent. The breakfast was a bit pricey for what was served compared to other free breakfast buffets. It is an excellent hotel for business or leisure travelers. The common areas are spotless, the coffee is fresh and the staff is very accommodating.

It's also clean everwhere, that's important. Key didn't work after the first day. Mariott's are always nice clean professional staff, a very quality hotel.

We stayed here when passing through on our way to Minneapolis. Rockford is a convenient stopover about halfway from Detroit or St Louis. Our room, and the two other rooms rented by other family members reeked of smoke. The room was merely OK, no breakfast included with the room rate. On the way back from Minneapolis, we stayed at the Hampton Inn in Rockford (next door to Courtyard), and were delighted. The Hampton Inn, on adjoining property, is far better, and at $30/night lower price.

It was a little more money then the value properties in the area, but TOTALLY worth it! The free internet access kept the kids busy when we were getting ready, we were able to check our email and stay intouch with the world back home. The breakfast was just fabulous. I loved that we didn't have to get in the car to drive to get a hardy breakfast. The staff was SO NICE, very accomodating. They even gave us laundry soap for the dirty clothes we had to wash. The garden area was great for the kids to get some sunshine and to run off some steam. Their favorite part was the breakfast waffles. When we asked them one night what they wanted for dinner, they replied, "Can we eat breakfast stuff at the hotel?" The beds were comfy, showers nice and plenty of room to move with kids.

Costs and parking. Breakfast not included. The hotel was up to my expectations. Was given wrong information on the breakfast when I checked in. I was able to park outside my room and bring my items in directly. Overall the hotel was better that expected.

Very nice pool area and exercises area. Softball teams took over floor, teens running and banging on doors, took over swimming pool poorly supervised. Hotel has good location and nice facilities. The breakfast buffet was very overpriced for the fare very much like free Amerisuites breakfast. The rooms were nice but it was very very noisy until 10:30 pm as teens ran the hotel hallways. I could not hear people on my phone for the noise. No refrigerator in rooms and parking was very competitive, they really could use more spaces.

Nice Pool area. Business center area was nice, liked the free newspapers. The breakfast bar in the morning was outrageously priced for what they offered. Other, lesser priced hotels in the area advertised free breakfast. The room was adequate and the staff was friendly and attentive. Enjoyed the pool area. Was expecting a free breakfast and was shocked at the price and offering of the breakfast bar.

The room was large enough and check in was easy. Not as nice. This hotel was functional for a business trip. The room was big enough and clean enough, but there was no elevator on one end of the hotel where my room was, so I had to pull my luggage up to the second floor by stairs. The hotel seemed a bit dated, not as nice as some of the Marriott Courtyards I've been in. There was no on-screen checkout in the room.

It was what I expected base on the info I had. Only one elevator and it was not convenient. It was clean and user friendly. The staff was helpful and fast. I would stay here again.

Room was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast could be better. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hot tub and pool were clean. The bathroom was cleansed felt safe staying here.
