Nice room. Hot tub/spa was out of order and pool was too cold. Valet parking is more of a pain than parking plus expensive. Nice lobby area and rooms. Everything very clean.

Everything was clean, and new. It met all my needs. I can not complain about anything, I can't say that for many hotels. It's hard to relax on business, you are always pressed for time, and work matters are at the forefront. I didn't have a single complaint or negative experience at the Marriott- it helped my stress level that my travel plans were so worry-free. Immaculate, beautiful, with friendly service- the Marriott will be my first choice whenever I book a hotel from now on.

Beautiful facilities and professional friendly staff. They still needed to install desktop computers in their business lobby. This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at in the Marriott hotel chain.

The Courtyard Shadyside was comfortable but very basic for the price. The location is not great - it is not within walking distance of much. Also, the addition $20+ parking charge is not desirable. Also, being that it was a Marriott Courtyard, there is no functional dining. Overall, I would consider other options.

Convenience to our destination. Very nice hotel in a convenient location. Amenities include a restaurant, pool and exercise equipment, internet stations in the lobby. It is close to shops and restaurants in Shady Side.

The hotel experience was very disappointing. The staff members mistreated us and were not cooperative with any request. This was the worst experience ever and I will tell everyone I know to never use price line unless they want to be punished for a weekend.

Very convenient to Pitt University. Clean, friendly people and nice area. Nothing. Unfortunately we were only there to sleep, eat breakfast and leave. About 9 hours total so we could not enjoy any of the amenities. Would love to stay again, especially if we had more time.

Great staff, clean, & well decorated. Only one computer for public use, hot tub was cold, room was a bit on the small side, mandatory daily valet parking fee. We stayed at this hotel with our 4 children. The hotel staff was very friendly and willing to help if needed. The lobby area had a cozy feel to it, and the hotel was clean. Not very fond of the mandatory daily valet parking rate of $18.88, but overall it was a great hotel, at an even greater price. I'd definitely stay again.

Desk clerks were very helpful with maps, directions. Valet parking adding $20 a day to stay plus tips. Wonderful place to stay.

I love Marriott Courtyards because they have everything you need and nothing more, are reasonably priced and always clean. I just wish they had a place for dinner. A reliably pleasant accomodation.

Location to the universities in Pittsburgh. Pay to park. Recently renovated, modern, all amenities, close to Medical Centers and local universities. Staff extremely helpful.
