The rooms are better insulated against noise. They are quiet rooms. I don't like having to pay $2.50 for bottled water. I have stayed there several times before. The location is convenient if working in North Vegas and not wanting to stay on the Strip. The rooms are clean, comfortable for the price, and quiet. It is a non-smoking property so the rooms don't smell like years of cigarette smoke residue- that in itself is worth staying there.

The bed is super comfortable. It's not really located in Summerlin. There are many shops and restaurants walking distance from the hotel. The bed was super comfortable. I felt like I was sleeping at home. I would definitely stay here again.

For the price I felt it was a very nice hotel It was out of the way for where we needed to be. I would recommend my friends and family to stay at this hotel.

Price was good, Parking good, Hard to find, directions wrong, waited long to check in with no one ahead of me. Overall, decent hotel. Quiet, no gambling, nice rooms. Directions at website inaccurate, and they need better signage to find it, but may be prohibited by laws. Construction going on around that area so a little difficult to find.About 15 min drive from the main strip area which was fine for us.

The room is very clean. And the bed linens are clean and smell fresh. I also like that the check out is at 12:00 noon. There is no complimentary breakfast. The hotel sign is small that we always miss it. The hotel is decent and very clean. I like the fact that all rooms are non-smoking. This is very ideal if you are traveling with kids. This is a smoke free hotel which is excellent. But I am just surprised that the only complimentary breakfast is coffee. They should have added at least some doughnuts and/or bagels. All of the hotels that I have been to have complimentary breakfasts except this one.

The rooms were very basic but very clean and new. A little too basic decor - bathroom was very small! The hotel was very clean and kept up well. The staff was accomodating and quick to respond when we needed something delivered to the room.

Clean and very comfortable bed. Can hear people next door and conversation in the hallway. Money well spent. This hotel is very clean with comfortable bed. Free internet access in the room was very convenient. Located around restaurants and close main freeway.

The staff was great. Was located at the edge of Summerlin, didn't seem like Summerlin. It was a good place to stay and wouldn't mind staying there again in the future.

Clean room and nice lobby area for meeting friends. It was actually located in a marginal part of town. For the price we negotiated the hotel exceeded all expectations. The room was comfortable and clean. The service from the front desk and housekeeping was very good.

Gorgeous lobby and close to freeway. A little noise heard from the road. This was an excellent hotel. The check in receptionist was very helpful. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Best of all the bed was comfortable.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were outstanding! The hotel did not have a restaurant that served meals in the evening. I highly recommend this Courtyard by Mariott to any business traveler or to the sightseer. The rooms were greatspotlessly clean, roomy, comfy beds. We especially liked having the sink separate from the commode and tub/shower.

Clean, attractive, liked it better than the Flamingo, where I was for business earlier in the week. Pool under construction, but we didn't need it anyway, though. Neat, clean, location convenient for our purposes!

It wasn't crowded, curtains locked out the light in the morning. Comfortable bed. Brought bedding for sofa bed. Had a drippy toilet that made noise. Had to listen during the night. We really loved the comfortable bed. It was so clean. We didn't have to park faraway from the entrance. The staff was very nice and helped us get bedding for the sofa bed. No partying during the night. Insulated very well. The shower was great, too. Thank you so much for everything.

The guy who brought the fridge was really nice. Front desk guy. Location was perfect for what we were doing in town - soccer. It's quite a way from the strip so if that is your thing, go elsewhere.

Easy parking. Not really in Summerlin, but close. The Courtyard is a nice hotel located at the intersection of Summerlin Parkway and US 95. I had a room facing the US95, but the noise wasn't that bad. The bed was okay, but not to the level of a Marriott three star. The lobby was modern with cookies and water/coffee during the day.

Far from the noise and lights of the Strip but close to shopping. This hotel is great if you don't want to be near the lights and noise. It takes about 10 minutes to get down to the Strip from here so it is still convenient. There is lots of shopping and restaurants around the hotel, all pretty new. There was construction of the freeway going on while we were there and part of the road was shut down but it reopened the day we left. That was a little inconvenient to be detoured but I'm sure it was just temporary. All in all, a great stay.
