Clean, modern, comfortable, well furnished, convenient. My 11 oclock departure back to the outside world. Parking is right out front. Local U of Delaware campus was off for Thanksgiving so the town was very quiet. The hotel was fully staffed adn quite attentive with all features pool, restaurant etc operating. Rate was fantastic.

The overall impression of this hotel was very positive. Everyone was helpful and friendly except the front desk person who checked me in on arrival. The hotel was clean, orderly and staffed with friendly personnel overall. I think the checkin might have been a bad day for the worker and she may have been overstressed.The rooms were clean and kept well. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant food was as good as any restaurant and better than some.

Beautiful facility, friendly staff, a bargain. Should be rated better than 2 1/2 stars. Nothing. Brand-new facility, mini-mart on premises, spotlessly clean, friendly staff. Nice large room with comfortable bed.

Brand new and kept ultra clean! They also had an expnded food vending area. I stood at the check in for a while becases nobody was at the front desk. Then again it was a holiday and the manage was the only person there. This is an upscale Courtyard with an expanded Lobby and food court area.The hotel is relatively new the rooms are in pristine condition. In short, this was undoubtedly the nicest maintained courtyard that I ever visited

Always excellent as a Marriott always is. Close to university of Delaware. Excellent hotel. It is, after all, a Marriott. Beds are very comfortable, rooms smell fresh and clean. Staff is very friendly.

Good decor, hot tub very clean. One bed too soft, never got any cookies (always empty when I went by). Nice hotel, well worth the money, helpful staff, very clean, nicely decorated. Would stay here again.

Great breakfast buffet, nice adjoining rooms. Should've had a refrigerator and air conditioner cover fell off and scared the heck out of us! Exiting the hotel was extremely inconvenient! Had to drive all the way around the U of DE campus to get out. Staff was friendly. Hotel was very clean. We tried to conserve water but the housekeeper removed our towels (that were hanging to dry) daily.

The staff was excellent, from the desk clerk to the housekeeping staff. I can't think of anything. Easy to get to from the freeway, but hard to get from there to other places because of one-way streets. Definitely worth the hassle, though. I've never met a more friendly or helpful desk staff.

The staff provided a first-rate experience. Location was farther from Philadelphia than represented. A new property, with students from the University of Delaware's hotel program working, it was a pleasant experience with a helpful staff. I would definitely recommend the hotel without reservation.

Very professional staff. Nothing. Very professional, friendly, accommodating staff. Nicely decorated, very clean rooms. Also had a nice little family-friendly heated indoor pool and hot tub? Overall excellent experience.

New and clean, free high speed Internet. Charge a fee for toll free calls. Guest Book says toll free calls are of no charge, but desk insisted that there was a charge. Poor personalities of staff. This hotel is on campus University Delaware, and used as test lab for students. Obviously, most students have no idea as to how to interact with guests and overall customer service.
