Hotel would not accommodate my request for a king instead of a double despite the fact that they were far from occupancy. I could understand if there was no availability, but there was. We left early and returned late each day and there were hardly any cars in the parking lot.

Convenient to restaurants. Our room only had 1 bed & a pullout sofa. Would have preferred 2 beds. The hotel was a great value, and would definitely consider staying there again.

Dirty, broken faucet, moldy smell, and uncomfortable bed. Had to change rooms, first room had a sink that would not shut off and the bed was so saggy it forced you to roll to the center. The new room had a strong moldy smell and a bathtub drain which was broken. Found black curly hairs in the bathroom which were not ours since we are all blonde.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, friendly staff, convenience location. Does not apply. Loved this hotel and will stay again. This hotel is a fine establishment located within easy driving distance of the airport and the UNCW campus. It has convenient restaurant services and easy parking accommodations. The staff is helpful and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean.

Clean, convenient location, responsive staff. Staff not especially friendly, though nobody in NC seems to be. Enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. Though small, every need was anticipated, from a microwave, small refrigerator to coffee maker and extra pillows. The added convenience of breakfast was also welcome.

Location Given room nearest interstate (noise) while hotel was half-full or less. Normally courtyard (Marriott) has free breakfast buffet or similar. Not available.

Clean, workout room was nice. Breakfast was overpriced. Hotel was very clean and up to date. The pool and hot tub were very nice. And the workout room had good, working equipment. The only thing that would have made it ideal was to have a free continental breakfast. Instead they had a continental breakfast that was way over priced at $9.00.

The hotel was very well kept and the short time there was very worthwhile. The maintenance of the fitness equipment need to be kept up. The hotel made the trip more pleasant. In addition it was right in the middle of the city close to the shopping vicinities. The hotel was very well kept and the employees were very friendly and helpful.

Clean, neat, quiet. Great staff. Friendly & helpful. Very central location halfway between Wrightsville Beach and Downtown Wilmington--10 minutes maximum each direction. Free coffee bar in lobby 24 hours. I will be back!

My husband and I had the best time at Courtyard by Marriott. The rooms were spotless, the coffee was always available and delicious as well as wonderful snacks for the guests. You can't beat the location. Next time we stay in Wilmington it will definitely be at the Courtyard by Marriott!!

Wonderful furnishings and decor. friendly staff. Does not allow pets as most courtyard Marriott's do. It was good and I will be likely to go back the next time I go to Wilmington. The pool and Jacuzzi, however, did not stay open long enough! There would be no harm in leaving the Jacuzzi open at night.

Movie selection. No refrigerator. The hotel bed was nice and comfy but the room looked dated except for the flat screen TV. Bathroom/shower etc looked dingy and fixtures were dated. No refrigerator. I did like the movie selection - tons of new releases.

Marriott brand. Need I say more. Called the hotel to request room preference, was told by clerk would be upgraded to Jacuzzi room, upon arriving was not upgraded. Good location. Great breakfast. Marriott brand, always dependable.

Nice swimming pool. The room seemed a little run down for a Marriott property. I could see why I got it at the price I did. Overall, the hotel seemed a little tired. Toilet didn't work all the time. Friendly staff, nice pool and Jacuzzi, good access to Wrightsville Beach. The beds were soft which caused minor discomfort.
