Everything about the hotel was very satisfactory. The hotel location was not very convenient as it was far away from the beaches and night life. For the money they could have included continental breakfast.

My car was damaged by a valet and the valet did not disclose this and it was discovered at the airport. The manager never called me back after 4 attempts to contact him. He obviously does not care about the services provided. This is NOT like other Marriotts. The area is dirty and dangerous. The hotel restaurants are both wonderful; however would never stay there again. I cannot stand dishonest staff and worse yet apathetic management.

Good location with attentive and friendly staff. Easy to get out of town and back. Secure with local flavor. No casino but easy to get to the best in Condado. Great Value!

Very dissapointed. This hotel caters for the locals. (entertainment/ casino). Had a few problems with cheating locals and managment would not act, they think the locals, not the paying guest come first. We stayed at this hotel for a couple of months on business a couple of years before and the same thing then. Rooms are nice and clean. Not best place to eat...too expensive. Try Dannys pizza good breakfast and the best pizza
