Great central location but also very quiet at night which was a bonus.We stayed in 1 bed apartment but would definately book it again bringing the family. You can relax more in an apartment than a hotel room. SACO staff helpful and friendly.

I was very impressed by the apartment. Unfortunately there was no hairdryer or ironing board on arrival, however after a phonecall to the apartment manager this was very quickly rectified. My only niggle was the bathroom mirror, which was only usable if you were over 6 ft tall! Apart from that it's a great location to explore london and I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Nice apartment in an excellent location, it was very clean and really quiet at night. Only down side was having to collect the keys from their head office, ok it was only a few tube stops but with luggage it's not really ideal, that's not made clear till after you have made the booking, which to be honest if I had been aware of this would have probably not gone ahead but can't fault the accommodation and helpful staff.

In general we were very pleased with our apartment. It was literally 30 seconds from the Covent Garden tube station and set back from the road so we had no problems with noise. We weren't told (or not that I could see) that you needed to pick the keys up from the SACO Head Office in Russell Square which is two tube stops further along on the Piccadilly Line. Not a big problem, but it would have been nice to know before we booked as we did have to cart our luggage around for longer than we would have liked. The staff at the head office were very helpful though and did let us check-in slightly early. The flat itself was modern and well laid out. Our only slight gripe was attention to detail. A lot of the bits and pieces on the inventory were missing (tea-towels, hair dryer) and there was a bedside lamp without a bulb and the shaving mirror only had one bulb working. We phoned up about the hair dryer (as my partner hadn't packed one) and someone did came round within an hour or so and dropped one off for us. I'm sure they would have done the same with the other bits and pieces if we'd noticed before hand. All-in-all though we had a very nice stay and if you're wanted to explorer Covent Gardens and surround areas this is a fantastic base to do so from.
