Crestwood Suites Durham is located approximately eight miles west of Raleigh-Durham International Airport and features one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites with separating doors. The suites offer fully equipped kitchens with a two-burner cook top, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils you might need. Free parking is included . We are conveniently located near many corporate centers including IBM Cisco Systems, EPA, NIEHS, Nortel Becton Dickinson, Glaxo Wellcome and ISA just to name a few. Several and attractions are close by including Streets at South Point Mall (2 mi), Durham Bulls Athletic Park (7 mi), Downtown Durham (7 mi), Duke University (10 mi), Duke Gardens & Duke Chapel (10 mi), University of North Carolina Chapel Hill (15 mi), Downtown Raleigh (18 mi), State Fairgrounds (15 mi), and RBC Center Raleigh (15 mi).

Fantastic value for the price! Location is difficult to find at first. I've had two separate one night stays at this hotel, and I'll stay here again when I visit the area. Although the Inn is difficult to locate, it is close enough to the highway to be accessible to much of the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area. It seems to be designed as a longer stay hotel, with a kitchenette area, living room and separate bedroom in both of the rooms I stayed in, along with a self service laundry on premises. Housekeeping is available, although not automatically provided, not an issue for me since my stay was only for one night. There are several fast food and moderately priced restaurants in the immediate are, so the lack of a restaurant on premises is not a big deal. Free wireless internet access is a nice touch. Overall, a great value for a spacious, clean accommodation.

It's not worth the price savings. It is located down a scary street. We got in late and the bell did not work. The woman who let us in was talking on her head piece the whole time she checked us in. Hotel smelled like smoke. Kids were having parties in the rooms around us, when we called the lobby no one answered. We checked out 3 days early.

I recently stayed at this hotel because it was a last minute deal on Travel website. Although there was ample parking and the front desk staff was friendly ;allowed us to check-in early;, the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel was minimal. The hallway and room smells like rotten seafood mixed with heavy cleaning detergents. All of the furniture in the one-bedroom suite was old and dirty-looking ;stains and spots&; so we didn't use any of it. During our stay, there was no room service. However, we did manage to get additional soaps and new towels when requested from the front desk. The bed sheets had an unpleasant smell and the carpet looked dirty. The floor around the toilet had rusty-looking stains and the tub didn't look clean. The only good thing was the location, which was near convenience stores and restaurants and major highways. We didn't use any of the appliance in the kitchen. Three nights were enough for us. I don't recommend staying here at all.

We were visitng the Durham area over the holidays and money was an issue. I found this hotel online with an incredible nightly rate of $. I was leary (especially since we were obligated to three nights) but took a chance. I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were large and the place was clean. The radically reduced rate was possible due to no maid service at all during our stay and a minimum of towels and ""product"" (consisting of one small bottle of shampoo and one bar of soap). Services I take for granted but just realized I don't really need. We are scheduled to visit Durham in the spring when our daughter graduates from Duke University. Will definitely return to Crestwood Suites and recommend it to family who will also be attending the graduation.

We were in Durham for a wedding and only stayed in our room to sleep and shower. The price was right, the suite was spacious, and the hotel was conveniently located near major highways and restaurants. We didn't use the kitchen, but it looked clean. Two of the lamps did not work and those that did work were very dim, and the bathroom was just ok. The tub didn't look ""scrubbed"" but if you shower while wearing flip flops it's not a big problem. The ceiling had water stains and had been repaired with duct tape and painted over. There was no housekeeping, and we had to re-use the same towels our second night there.

It was cheap and 15 minutes from the ND - UNC game. It smelled bad, and there were a lot of carpet stains.
