The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating when I needed to change rooms from smoking to non-smoking. I saw two rooms and the carpets in both were very worn. An exterminator was needed. The staff at Creatwood is an asset to the facility, however, I will not be staying again.

Checked adjacent rooms and connecting rooms and we were on seperate floors on completely different parts of the building. Both elevators were broken so we had to carry bags up stairs (theres only three floors). Rooms were nice but my wife noticed our shampoo bottles were opened. In the room there is a queen bed, Full sized fridge, two stove burners, a desk, and a dual recloiner. Our room was in fine condition but the other couple whom we were staying in the hotel with said that their double recliner was broken, but ours was fine. In all a decent play to stay especially sinceyou can make your own meals to save some money.

First of all I did not realize this was a weekly rate hotel until I got there. The desk is only open until it gets dark and then all the help is gone. The Double beds (full size) were not very comfortable unless you are fresh out of prison, then it might be like heaven. The reclining mini sofa was ok, but would have been better if the arm on my wifes side had not kept falling off. One of the main reasons we got the room was the full kitchen. We had to keep the food for the picnic we had planned at Stone Mountain in the freezer to keep it from going bad in the fridge. Also right before we went to bed, and I would love to say I was suprised but can't, wouldn't you know it.....a large reddish la cocaracha right on the night stand. I did enjoy listening to the messages on the message center for the guy that stayed there sometime earlier last month though.....nothing like some free entertainment and the free suana (aka...the hallways in July) was fabulous. You just can't ever sweat enough after driving in the car for several hours on a 90 degree day. I try to have a sense of humor about it, but honestly there wasn't much to laugh about. Stay there again??? NEVER..

We loved this hotel. The room was HUGE!! Easy to get to and a great location. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. Would definitely stay there again!

It was a nice hotel. pretty close to everything. Room was big with a kitchen. I had my kids visit me one night and there was ample room for them to have a sleep over with daddy. The only and I mean only drawback and probably a plus is ,it is like your apartment . You have to keep it clean because housekeeping comes once a week not like a full service hotel. Overall I will be going back.

I only stayed here for one night, but the room is great for the money you spend. It has a stove, microwave & fridge in the kitchen, loveseat & plenty of closet/drawer space. The staff said the hotel does not provide daily housekeeping since they are an extended living facility, but would give as many towels as needed. The staff was very friendly, but they are gone by 9pm, so don't expect any wake-up calls. :) Overall, was a good stay.

This was great for us. We had a baseball tournament at the East Cobb Baseball Complex and this hotel was just 11 miles from the complex. It was very easy driving to and from. There were many restaurants near the hotel. It was a great place for the price!

We always stay here when we vivit our grandchildren. We love the kitchen and the beds are really comfy and it's very clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Like the laundry room and the location near all kinds of stores and the main roads.
