The Criterion Hotel Perth is located in the heart of Perth City. Formally the Regatta Hotel, opened its doors on the 26th April 1996. After undergoing extensive re-modelling and refurbishing. It is Perth's oldest hotel with a licence since 1840. We have the best of both worlds - the old and the new. The art deco facade and some parts of the interior have been preserved as part of the Heritage Conservation effort to enhance the old style ambience of the area surrounding Hay Street. The rooms, lobby and its restaurants have been designed to incorporate the style of yester year yet achieving a modern day look through studied creative designing. Come and enjoy a meal at the friendly Brasserie, it features an array of delicious Australian cuisine, together with some Asian ones as well. The cosy Oak and Ivy, a British-style pub, is the perfect place to unwind, to have a light meal or just have a beer, they have quite a wide range of imported and local beers on tap.

This property is in a terrific location and the service great! Everything is in walking distance including shopping.

there is no parking, so if you rent a car you will have to leave the car in a paid parking spot. The price increases by a lot when you take this into account. Internet is free, which is good! The location is also really good.

While I was there, there was no battery in the airconditioning remote. Other than that it is ok.

The lacation is execllent. The outlook is a bit old and there are only a few floors but the room is reasonably good with thos price. And there is fox sports provided. I'll recommend this hotel to other friends.
