The lobby was warm and inviting andstaff wascourteous and friendly. The smell. The place smelled of stale cigarettes. Nice room. Friendly staff and short drive to airport.

I told the reception guy that my reservation was already paid via cheaptickets.com, but he requested my credit card, and swiped it, saying I wasn't going to be charged again, but guess what? I have two charges ! Then, I had a flight the next day 6 am, and I had to wake up really early, and the shower was literally broken. I called the reception, and they sent me to a room across the whole hotel to take my shower at 3 am ! Not to mention the smell in the hotel rooms.

The staff was friendly, everyone always smiled. Parking was a nightmare - the garage is horrible - room was not cleaned well. I expected a nicer place, easier parking and cleaner rooms. I will stay at the Embassy Suites, just up the road from now on, where I've stayed in the past. The rooms were tiny, beds were small, scrunched together with large furniture, it made it a little harder to move around the room. Too small of rooms for double beds! The room was not very well cleaned. It was like a very light cleaning for the bedroom itself, sheets and blankets seemed dingy, carpet not so appealing either. The bathroom was not cleaned well at all! The shower base was still dirty, the floor had spots on it were it was not completely mopped and the sink had hair in it! Not a place I would stay in ever again just because of the dirt. Even the elevators were dirty, things seemed run down a bit.

Nice amenities, clean, and comfortable. Nothing. Very close to the airport. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and shuttle to the airport was very prompt. Room had many little amenities that made the stay even more comfortable.

The color scheme. The staff. The room was nice, but they gave my other half and myself a room with two beds. Is this still the 50's? The lady at the front desk was rude every time I spoke with her. The Lincoln driver charged me an extra $6 for stopping by the ATM for me even though he said he would and gave me attitude about it. The cook who prepared the eggs for the morning buffet was also very absent minded and rude. I will never stay at the Crowne again. I received much better treatment at the Radisson and they even had shuttle drivers who took me any where I wanted to go for free. I am not a rude person or someone who likes confrontation, but I was very displeased with my stay at the Crowne.

The hotel is near the airport and I heard the planes taking off and landing all night. My room key kept demagnetizing and that was not fun...The hotel was pretty clean and the staff was nice, but I was not impressed.

1. Hotel staff most helpful I have seen in long time (the good part). 2. Don't even give coffee in morning. Even Motel 6 does that. 3. No breakfast other than their resturant. 4. No ice on my floor for 5 nights. 5. Smokers allowed to pollute entry area. Almost gaged from smell of smoke. 6. Entry area dirty too. Did not clean over weekend. Ashtrays overflowing. 7. Elevator to parking area dirty and disgusting. 8. Room card malfunctioned during stay. 9. Drains in tub slow. 10. On positive side room clean 11. Maids did not replace used towels...I had to track them down and get towels from them. 12. "Business" center is two computers wit the nastiest keyboards I have ever seen against outside wall in lobby. Wanted to wash after each use. Note: Got fairly cheap price but if I paid their prices I would have had a fit as it was barely worth what I paid.

We had two rooms, my daughters was dirty with stuff on the carpet. Half the standard items in one room was missing.such as a soap dish. When we called customer service about one of the rooms issues they gave us a "whatever attitude" and said thats housekeepings thing and they she would tell them. When we mentioned it at the front desk, the young man mentioned that we had booked our room through a discount web site, and usually we would not get booked there. This seemed to us that we were not treated properly because of how we booked. The second day there a housekeeping cart was in the same spot next to our room in the hallway the entire day and into the evening. We tried to have lunch on our last day prior to leaving, we asked to speak to the manager regarding our stay. Was told by the desk she was near and would have her come into the restaurant and speak to us. She never showed up eventhough we saw her around. We waited with childeren afeter ordering approx 45 minutes prior to asking about our lunch and was told it had not even been started yet, we chose to leave. We will never stay in ths hotel again.

When I made my reservation, I requested and was reserved a non-smoking king room. After traveling all day and arriving in the evening, I was told that all they had was a smoking double room. I could not get much sleep because I was gagging on the cigarette smoke. The bathroom wasn't very clean. There was toilet paper hanging from the fan in the bathroom. Avoid this dump!

I was very pleased at checkin I was upgraded to a club level room without asking. Pleasant & helpful employees, room was much nicer than I had expected. I would stay again without any hesitation.

Hotel that looked elegant but was kid friendly. Clean and very comfy rooms. The pool and spa were great. Wish I'd had more time and could have tried the dining and exercise room.

Omelet station at breakfast buffet. Nothing. Just in front of the entrance is the light rail which makes getting to downtown Phoenix or the ASU campus in Tempe a snap. Very close to the airport, a shuttle ride away. Very quiet.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Over all the hotel room and staff were good. The only complaint I have was the parking. All the parking outside was reserved for monthly renters. The parking garage was always full with monthly renters as well. I had to park on the roof most of the time and my car would be hot when I left in the morning.
