Room was very spacious. Walls are too thin - can hear neighbor's TV. Overall, very nice hotel. Room and public areas looked clean. Use of the business a definite plus.

Helpfulness of Brandion in Reservations, 24 hour airport shuttle, hotel close to airport, soundproof rooms, good breakfast buffet. Nothing. Helpful staff, rooms were quiet (we did not hear even 1 airplane), beds were comfortable, buffet was very good.

The bed was awesome. Though the hotel had been recently remodeled there were big gaps around the door to the hallway. Overall, excellent, would stay there again because of the bed!

I stayed at this hotel the night before I left on a cruise. The hotel is very nice inside and the room was very nice with a very confortable bed. The bed was one of the best hotel beds I have ever slept in. The hotel is located on a noisy street, however, you can't hear any noise from outside at all. I never even heard an airplane go by. The staff was friendly and I would definately stay there again for sure!

Very clean, location near the airport gave me what I needed in a safe and very comfortable environment 15 minutes from Miami Beach. Very clean hotel with obvious attention to details. Did not use restaurant, but found bar area to be very well run by two different bartenders.

Comfortable bed. Bad area, noisy, in remodeling phase but did not advise prior to arrival. This hotel is convenient to the airport. the lack of honesty of the staff is a poor reflection overall, as I left my Bose headphones and ipod in my room and when I called to inquire- they had not been turned in but the room had been turned over. I specifically remember leaving them on the other bed in plain sight, simply forgot to grab them on the way out.

Ease of getting to and from Mia - and helpfulness of shuttle driver. No assistance in getting baggage from lobby to room. Good clean hotel with generally competent staff; very well located.
