Most comfortable bedding. Did not provide successful wake up call. We were quite impressed with accomodations for the price we had. However, through a combination of a change of rooms due to faulty TV, a wake up call was not provided and we mised our series of flights. Very stressful.

Close to airport, clean room, friendly people. Nothing. Hotel was 2 min from airport with their own shuttle bus ,clean room, indoor pool, easy check in and out, restaurant on site, good food but a bit pricey.

Housekeeping staff were courteous, helpful and cheerful. General level of maintenance and upkeep were below expectation. We have stayed here several times in the past and have always been very satisfied. This time we experienced several problems, none serious but indicative of a relaxing of standards on Management's part.

The left we a CD and pillow spray. So cute! They put us in a smoking room. It was perfectly located for our early morning flight. The staff was courteous and the shuttle driver took excellent care of us.

The front desk at this hotel first informed us that we would be in a smoking room. We had booked a nonsmoking room with a king bed. When we refused the smoking room, they informed us that the only room available that was nonsmoking had a queen bed. This would have been fine if the room had been decent. The closet door did not close, there was only a shower, The room had a stench of disinfectant. I have no idea what they were trying to cover up. When we asked about the smell, they tried to tell us it was from new carpeting. There was no way that smell was from new carpeting. Miraculously enough, after two calls to travel website and an hour of time, they found us another room, nonsmoking with a king bed. just as booked; The only employee who seemed to care about our opinion at all was the head of housekeeping. She was the one sent to take care of the room problem. She offered us a free breakfast the next morning and made sure that the new room was okay. When we went to the desk to pick up room keys for the new room, the staff there informed us that only priority club; members were welcome at the free breakfast. The front desk staff were sarcastic, hateful people. There was not a restaurant open, the only option for dining was the bar. There is nowhere to eat withing walking distance. I would never stay at this hotel again.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza LGA when I flew in from FT. Lauderdale on business. I needed to go in to Manhattan, NY for a meeting but flew in late. I stayed the night in the hotel and the staff was very pleasant and the lobby of the hotel was very welcoming. I had a quick bite to eat at the bar and a cocktail and it is a nice quiet atmosphere. The next day the bellman called a cab for me and it brought me to my meeting destination and cam,e back to get back later in the evening. It was a great experience overall.

I travel all around the US and I did not see anything wrong with this hotel. What i did see was that the staff was extremely accomodating and friendly! The restaurant was wonderful and the food great... very tasty... they have an outdoor patio that I cant wait to dine on when i return. The bedding was very comfortable, I heard no noise and you can use the eye masks and the ear plugs they give you in the little kit they give you - but i did not have to use it ...I did use the lavendar spray..which I thought was a nice touch...This hotel is very nice, convenient and great for me..I plan to go back a few days a week for the next 6 months! Lovely room, great staff. Bathroom could be cleaner - mold on bath walls. Generally pleased with this hotel. Location couldn't be better. Staff was very friendly at the front desk. The restaurant staff (at breakfast on Thanksgiving Day!) couldn't have been better.

Shuttle service to and from Subway/airport. Everything is old. Overall OK stay. First night there was no hot water and they were painting the walls on our floor. Other than that shuttle service is priceless taking you to and from Subway, all in all about 1 hour including shuttle and Subway to Times Square couldn't ask for better. At first we were actually surprised this was our hotel as it seemed very nice at night, but it's old and they're busy upgrading it (I think). If you need decent place to stay with excellent on the hour shuttle service, stay here.

Close to airport. Room had a Murphy bed (no nightstands), no windows, and some light bulbs were burnt out. Hotel is starting to show it's age, could use some freshening up. Our room was dark as there were no windows which I could live with if the room were properly lit. A ceiling bulb was out in the bathroom as well as in the room itself lessening the light further. The room must be for multi use as our bed was a fold down Murphy bed that did not allow for nightstands thus no room for lamps, eye glasses. TV remote etc. If we had not just returned from an 8 hour flight from Europe or were staying longer than one night I would have requested another room. Staff was quite friendly.

Staff was friendly, meal I had in restaurant was tasty and served quick Parking fee was pricey. The hotel was adequate for a business traveler who wants to stay close to the airport. Rooms had minimal facilities, bar did not open until later and parking was expensive. Hotel is currently picketed with obnoxious protesters. Average value for price paid.

One of the closest hotels to LGA, Clean and Quiet. Leave your car in there Garage. It was all Good. Quick Professional Check in. I got a $339 room for $125 bucks. The morning room service was on time and was delivered by a Professional waiter. They have a secured parking Garage, That you can leave your vehicle for $15 a night while your traveling. Airport shuttle is on time and drop you off at your terminal. Call the Hotel when you return from the phone near baggage pickup for a ride back to the Hotel.

Shuttle bus to airport. Room did not have a window! Food at bar was only satisfactory. Stuck in NY due to cancelled flights, and was able to get room. However, only room was one without a window and that did not sit well with me, as I need to feel like there is another way out besides the door. Felt like the room was not usually rented out as a bedroom, but a meeting room! The food was not great, and what AI ordered did not match the description in the menu at all.

Staff very friendly. Had to tell them I had prepaid thru Orbitz as they didn't recognize at first. Disappointed that the room had no hot water. Let Front Desk know, but the second morning the shower water was luke warm, never hot. It was cold the first morning. The Corp. Level room which included a continental breakfast was nice. Orbitz was great in getting me such a good rate on an over night booking.

It clean, quite, at a good location and reasonably priced. The hotel can improve on customer relations, I was not able to get good advice on shopping, maps to direct me properly and my room access had problems The Hotel is reasonably priced, has an excellent breakfast lunch and dinning facilities is localized centrally, situated in a clean quite and safe neighborhood. The hotel can benefit by providing shuttle service to the Subway.

Free internet access. Felt like it was 100 years old. This hotel is old, shabby, and isolated. If you need a place to sleep near the airport, it should be fine. The parking is in a poorly marked scary structure, which I gather is typical in New York.

Very hospitable. Late night room service with a smile. Bathrooms need renovation. Its proximity to La Guardia Airport could not be better. The staff is great and very helpful. There is an ATM on sight which is very convenient, and having a shuttle to and from the Airport makes things easy.

Great room and right next to LGA. Restaurant was typical expensive and average quality. This hotel served my needs well. Nice, clean rooms (good size bathroom), courteous front desk staff, my only disappointment was the restaurant was the typical overpriced, average food that seems to affect allot of hotels.

Close to airport. Smoky. Front desk staff too busy on phone to help in a timely manner. Hall ways were smoky with ash on carpet. Front desk staff was so busy on the phones that it took a long time to get service, get a safe and check out. Front desk staff was polite to deal with when they had time. Concierge was very helpful to provide directions to town and provide advice on running routes, unsafe neighborhoods, etc.

Location was great. Price was affordable. Accommodations were comfortable. Mild odor of cigarette smoke in room. For the price, couldn't have asked for a better hotel. The hotel decor is a little outdated. The room and the bathroom were a nice size. However, there were stains on the carpet floor and the wall paper on the wall was coming off. The room was non-smoking but had some kind of smell.

It is very convenient to the Airport, the staff is very nice, and the rooms clean! They did not give us the reservation we had. Had I not had the copy, they where going to put us in a double! The hotel was great, but bring a copy of your booking!

It was quiet, comfortable and private. I had a difficult time finding it, I am not from NYC. My family enjoyed the one-night stay. The room was pleasant and the service receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location-getting to the City required bus and subway. We liked the Crown Plaza and we knew that getting to Manhattan would require some extra effort and time so were OK with the bus + subway ride that took about 40 minutes total. The need to be near the airport outweighed the need to be in the city. While this certainly isn't a unique issue, I am not a big fan of hotel cribs that are not "Pack & Plays" and the Crown Plaza had an traditional style crib so my son had a difficult time sleeping.

Large room and bathroom. Close to highway. Easy check in. Outdated room style. Hallway noise could easily be heard in the room. Buffet breakfast was mainly inedible. Poor water pressure in shower. It was close to the highway. It has a spacious lobby. The room and bathroom were large. However, the decor of the room was outdated with an old television. The shower had a good showerhead but was low on water pressure. One of the hotel's restaurant's was under renovation so we went to the open one. Buffet breakfast was pitiful. The eggs were the worst I have ever tasted and the bagels were like cardboard. The servers in the restaurant were helpful and were patient with our active 4 year old.

The willingness of staff to make sure my stay was pleasurable. The water pressure was very weak. When I complained about the lack of very hot water and the water pressure of the hotel, they switched me to another room and sent a fruit basket with a bottle of wine and some cheese. They were extremely friendly and willing to accommodate all questions and concerns. I'd stay there again.

Over all the Crowne Plaza Laguardia was fine. The carpets are a little outdated and worn. The staff were friendly and attentive. The facility for dining was OK. I conducted a 2 day class and the location was great. The resturant should hae been available for both days as apposed to only Saturday. Was not told that Sunday was only a Sunday Brunch. But was able to order outside food delivered. Sleeping quarters were very nice

Warm greeting. My luggage was missing they offered me tooth brush and tooth past. There was nothing I did not like. Very clean and welcoming. I had the news paper every morning. The food was very good and the airport shuttle was on time and very friendly.

Shuttle to LaGuardia airport 3x/hour in AM; on demand for pickup. Had trouble with the wireless internet. Worked intermittently. Nice clean hotel, 10 minutes from LaGuardia Airport by hotel shuttle. Shuttle runs every 20 minutes back to the airport starting at 4am.

Nice gym and pool, nice and friendly folks. Too far from the nearest Subway station, no mini bar in room; room are rather plain in comparison to the rest of the hotel. Very nice hotel, the rooms are a bit plain in comparison to the rest of the hotel (nothing special). Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent gym and pool facilities. Not really close to the nearest Subway station (for connection to Manhattan), bus takes forever to get there.

Close to LaGuardia airport, in residential area. Can even walk to terminal. Because of the residential area of the hotel, there are no restaurant choices. Very convenient to LGA. New emphasis on a good night's sleep is terrific (particularly liked the clip that keeps the drapes closed).

Good location, staff was helpful, everything was fine. In nick you always have to budget for parking. $13 a day not outrageous. The hotel was clean and quiet even though we overlooked the airport and highway. Will stay there again gladly.

It had a bed. The staffs at the front desk were rude. Plus the hot water was a problem. It was okay. Nothing special took my breath away and impressed me. It was not what I expected it to be. I don't know if the staff is overworked and underpaid but their attitudes need to go and fast.

Nothing. Little bit dirty. Bath turbo was not cleaned by staff. If you guys want to stay here, I strongly recommend just sleep then you will leave that place next day.
