overall hotel was very nice. pool wasn't very clean, some worn or dirty spots on carpet ,minor cosmetic things need to be fixed

The room was great and front desk was excellent. Parking was on a slight hill. The hotel was so excellent for me and my budget. I pay my own business expenses and it helps me stay at a better hotel for less. The hotel was very clean, upscale, and secure. I loved it.

Clean room. No free breakfast, no hot tub at pool. This is an ok hotel, but for the money it is not difficult to find similar hotels that include breakfast.

Room service, big room, quiet zone (no kids in section, no maids before 10 am). The room sizes were very big. The room service food was great. I liked the quiet zone idea - no maids before 10 am and no children in that section. I have kids, but I wasn't traveling with them - and liked not having to hear those pitter pattering little feet when they weren't mine. We had a fantastic experience.

Good rate, clean room. Wish the sink, vanity were separate from tub, toilet area, microwave and room fridge would be nice. Hotel was convenient, clean and quiet. I was traveling with my daughters and 16 month old grandson, and appreciated the quiet room. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends.

Quality for price. Liked everything. I was not familiar with Crowne Plaza properties and will definitely try to stay there or Holiday Inns as much as I can.

Room, bed, & location. Housekeeping! Also being put between groups of people 7 of 9 nights! This was a nice hotel, however 7 of my 9 night's rest were disturbed by the placement of people on both sides of me who kept running between rooms at all hours of the day. I thought I'd be granted the same respect as any other guest. For those reasons.

The front desk staff was friendly. The bed was hard and outdated. The noise level was horrible. This hotel barely meets the level of a two star. It is not a three star at all. The beds are hard. Hotel is noisy with very thin walls and large cracks under the doors. The hotel even ran out of face towels & the barking dogs really made the trip.

Very accommodating-great continental breakfast. Outside approach not equal to inside cleanliness. We enjoyed the room and the friendly atmosphere--all the help was very unaccommodating. We were disappointed at the outside the hotel--it was not landscaped or kept up to the standards of the inside.The bathroom needs grab bars inside the bathtubs for safety purposes. Except for these two suggestions everything else was great.

Friendly people working who upgraded our room for free without even being asked. Our room was located near a storage closet so we heard the door slam shut every once and awhile. Great customer service, friendly employees, clean comfortable rooms, nice desk and area for working.

Hotel was very close to I 75. Easy to get in and out. The hotel is old and located in a not a very pretty area. The hotel needs some make overs specially the rooms. Air conditioning did not work properly. Atlanta has many beautiful well located hotels I would recommend another one.

Quiet location, close to restaurants. Bathroom small, especially tub, mattress very soft and uncomfortable. Very nice hotel, good location, and friendly staff. Biggest complaint was the mattress. It was very saggy and uncomfortable, especially for a 3-star hotel.

Great location for us, large and generally clean rooms. Carpets in rooms were spotted and stained. Adjoining room noise was high. This property was an odd mix of well done and needs help. Spacious rooms with newer appointments were marred by horribly stained carpets. Staff was pleasant and apparently helpful, but ordinary requests sometimes took two or more tries to get right.

Clean. Staff. Very nice. Front desk clerk was very inexperienced. Caused frustration trying to find my extended stay res. Bartender was a joke. No clue about customer service.
