Besides the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, we've never met people as friendly and helpful as this staff. The sleeping accomodations were superb. Great bed, pillows, CD, sooo comfortable. Breakfast staff was very friendly and service was great.

Wonderful beds. Poor soundproofing. I could hear the next room's alarm go off and hear the occupant sneeze. Absolutely excellent hotel except for the noise. Could hear absolutely everything happening in the next room luckily that person was fairly quiet. Also heard a lot of hallway noise.

We really like this hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are good size, bed so comfortable and room darkening drapes perfect for sleeping in. You can't beat the van pick up / drop off at the airport and to City Place if you desire. The outside pool is open until 10 PM, a perfect way to end a busy day. The restaurant, although a little pricey, is elegant, the food wonderful and the staff so friendly. We visit family in the area at least twice a year and look forward to our stay here.

The location was great. The bathrooms in the suites are small, rooms were very dusty, pool was cold and dirty, room were hot even though temperature said 68. I got to the room and could barley fit in the bathroom. There was dust everywhere in the room and not clean at all. The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable for me. The temperature read 68 but it was more like 78. The pool area closed too early (10:00) and we were told that it would be heated, but once there we found it to be ice cold and very dirty. We tried the hot tub but it was luke warm at best. Upon our arrival someone offered to help us with our bags, but when departing the staff just looked at us and smiled There was a $3.00 bottle of water in the room. Why would you charge $3.00 for a bottle of water.I guess I just expected more.

Room was spacious, beds were very comfortable, staff was very hospitable. No complaints. This was a very pleasurable stay. We were on a business trip and the room had everything we required for a comfortable, working weekend.

Free, frequent shuttles to airport and city place shopping and restaurants. Breakfast buffet ends at 10 AM and they are pretty aggressive about this. In general, this is a pretty nice place to stay. The hotel staff are pleasant, quick, and helpful. The shuttles to City Place and the airport are very convenient and frequent. There's a pretty good workout room and the breakfast buffet has a nice array of fruit, salmon, omelets, and other breakfast things. My one big beef has to do with tea. The rooms have a glossy paper envelope next to the coffee maker that says "an invitation to fine tea". Opening the envelope, you are invited to have a cup of Bigelow brand tea, the cheapest, least tasty tea on the market. This is the brand served in the restaurant also, to the tune of $2 a cup. The hotel probably acquires this tea at $1 a box. For me, someone who loves tea, the "fine tea" issue was pretty off-putting.

It was clean I did not like the staff, the food or anything for that matter other than it was clean. I did not enjoy my stay there at all and I will never go back there again

The hotel was imaculate. The service was superb. The room was exceptional. The hotel staff was excellent. They made me feel wanted. The food was good, the location was great. I couldn't expect more from a hotel.

This was a nice, older hotel. Just nice, not great; not what I'm accustomed to with a Crowne Plaza. The lobby area needs updating and the elevators were dirty. The good news was the room was very nice. Made up for the bad first impression. Good location near Airport.

We enjoyed this hotel and had a good stay. A note of caution-- We were charged by the hotel for the room and had to show proof of purchase through online travel website to have the charge reversed upon checkout.

the hotel is very nice, comfortable, homy and good location in general. you need a car to go to the beach and the city. the hotel has a service for it, but it?s better to go by yourself. close to the I-95. not noisy. very clean in general. recommendable.

The hotel was beautiful, the room service wonderful, the rooms were clean and decorateded beautifully. The only thing I did not like was the mattress, it was a little lumpy and did not go along with everything else. It was the only thing that they could have improved on. I pretty much enjoyed my stay.

I was impressed with the atmosphere as soon as, I walked in. Friendly staff, nice facilities, and restaurant. I thought the rooms were small, and outdated. My room was next to the elevator, and the noise did not give me the peace I was seeking. I would recommend this hotel. The ambiance, and friendly staff made this a pleasurable stay. However, my first night I was unable to sleep. My room was located next to an elevator, and the constant noise made it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. I complained for the 2nd night stay, and my room was changed; which resolved my problem.

Hotel had a Starbucks located inside. Swimming pool was extremely hot. Heater was on. The hotel was nice but is old. The beds were extremely comfortable.
